Correct me if I am wrong but not expecting any update tomorrow? Business as normal, 8.3s will continue to drop (which can only be a good thing) and we are waiting for an update on Strategic Review which could take X amount of time. In the meantime for sale sign is up but no hard deadline unless board launches a "Formal Sale Process"

Why anyone would sell baffles me, appointment of J Goodwin is only going to add value to the business and we have a whopping Q4 and beyond to look forward to :)

Don't think appointed J Goodwin just to do a small raise like last time - they are thinking bigger but I would have preferred if Adelicious deal was debt

At a point in the business where they want $150m revenues over night maybe JV is more appropriate, the Showcase profits on $150m would be insane

Board said they want to do $240m revenue by 2030 time to start taking that seriously, they won't get there by just doing small Adelicious deals every year

Interesting times and sure others will have a different opinion

Yeh I already covered that below - board will announce an update of their strategic review soon and we are waiting for them to do the next acquisition similar to Adelicious

What associated costs are you referring to? We already know their margins there is a slide in the Q3 deck with them included

$79m revenue already contracted with 11 weeks to go and $55m booked by Q3 - it is simply maths they will do at least $25m in Q4 25 vs $20.5m Q4 24

Like I said Q4 will be a whopper and when those profit upgrades drop before the end of the year interest will be steaming back in but by then will be too late

Those Showcase margins are seriously impressive now and biggest revenue stream now. Boom is not really a organic revenue growth company right now it is a targeted high margin business, everyone waiting for a sale but I'm waiting to see what the next Adelicious type acquisition looks like and which territory they will go in to
