Bighands . Ausies have not lost all their gains get your facts right. It’s dropped 4% or .003c. It was up 61% yesterday. It would appear that we have another individual that wants to try and unsettle others and obviously cannot be trusted. Your the 4th individual to be filtered.

There is no news until weekend at least.. $6m invested by the rig owner who rather be paid in shares than cash. The same happened here today it went to 4.6p then dropped back and settled.

I meant to add that I am heavily invested here and it’s honestly with a heavy heart I post my feeling in this way but I am here for the long haul and only want the BPC family to prosper.
God knows they deserve it for their patience over the years.

The most recent interviews that were very promising, optimistic to say the least.
How did the market react the SP has dropped that speaks volumes as far as I am concerned.
The market clearly is taking what S. Potter said with a pinch of salt.

Antha I was invested in CERP and only bought into BCP on the back of the merger. I feel it for those LTH of BPC sitting patiently all those years. BPC investors should be pleased that S.Potter managed to get CERP on board.
S.Hopper should be exceptionally pleased as it’s kept him, the board in a job.

After 2 very positive interviews with S.Potter the SP is still dog.....
There is no respect, trust, or sentiment within the market for BPC.
I’m cutting my nose off to spite my face here and with a heavy heart feel the BOD need to go.
I expect some of the diehards, of which I am one, in their ignorance to face the facts to shoot me down.
I’d rather take the hit, which is bad enough up until now, than give S.Potter and his crew more cash through further dilution.
Over a decade of decent salaries what have we got. BPC brothers and sisters bracing themselves for most probably further dilution .
Its depressing to see the same old rampers telling the hopefuls what they want to hear/see.
The best of it is when they post their optimistic statements it’s only what the updates say.
It’s sad, diabolical and atrocious that we are sat on this SP.

MALBRAD were our opinion differs is i believe the SP will rise significantly, the over lying layers will possibly hold more upside than the Cane Creek itself. That’s my opinion based on C.Harringtons optimism. That $10m placing at a discount of 2.5% is brilliant news for us. It shows that the investors believe in the upside, but more importantly believe in the company and it’s BOD. For me it’s sit back and enjoy what presents itself on this once in a lifetime journey.

TT1 as for the interview you heard the same as us. There is no point anyone explaining anything because as soon as we start telling you how it’s going to work and how the SP will rise , in our opinion, we are in effect ramping the company.

Betterway you believe that a buyer will come in at 10p but your out at 3.5p! Why would you, anyone for that matter, do that?

MALBRAD it will not take 2-3years for ZPHR . The way the company is developing is amazing. They reviewed 75 acquisitions, chose the Bakken project as the best of the bunch. The SP has risen 4fold and have got a placing of $10m from institution investors, family offices and the BOD themselves. What is there not to like or be upbeat about. When C.H made his first presentation I thought it seems a bit to good to be true scenario. When I researched him and the board they certainly are highly respected and Malcy made that point recently. Sit on your hands and enjoy this ride pal.

MALBRAD does anyone take notice of what another predicts. Surely no one could be so naive as to take it seriously! I’ve topped up to a lovely tally and very much look forward to what the company and the BOD bring to the table.
Those that are invested at a lower price fantastic,all those at today’s SP well done the only other thing that needs to be done is add when possible. Never had any doubts that C.H and the BOD will not produce the goods. Just watching him being interviewed, the way he presents himself, forward talking with an edge of caution is top notch. Just pleased that I’m onboard and that’s where I will be staying until my retirement in 4years. Let’s embrace, enjoy this opportunity that very rarely presents itself. ATB to the ZPHR family.

Anthea the BOD are dinosaur and happy bagging others cash and I couldn’t care who agrees or not. Starchild emphasises S.Potter will let the Bahamian people know, whether they are oil rich, by April there is over 4weeks for him to play with, and I could answer that now. The BOD have to go if not the total board at least 3 of them. They are disgrace, riding on the back of exCERP assets now. Wonder how long they’re going to ride this money train. For all those that are frustrated about the SP, no one seems to want S.Potter out. They can’t use the JR as it’s nailed on, a cert, the documentation is watertight. If ever I wanted to be proved wrong, shot down in flames, in the 56years I’ve been on the planet, by a BOD then it would be bloody great to see it happen now. ATB to the family onwards and?

Tiburn I’m with you on this one and it’s been a hard slog especially for the original BPC brigade. I like you, can remember the debates regarding the merger, I held both shares but CERP ,more so, was my long term gamble. I’ve added to get my average down and I’m going to stick we’re I am. I honestly feel that BPC can be turned around and prosper but not under the present BOD or as I say the local Dart team. S.Hopper has got more neck than a giraffe to be carrying on in his post. He should be ousted out, signing on at his local job centre or maybe should be retiring on the salary taken over the last decade+

Save the pain sell your holding. I don’t understand why individuals come on an complain about an SP, just sell and be done with it. Why should others have to read others posts that are doom and gloom because they didn’t get I right.

I have never sold any of my holding, only added to my investment to bring my average down. I was hoping that S.Hopper and his dart crew would have resigned. The only thing keeping them hanging on by their finger tips is the CERP assets. Malcy in one of his recent broadcasts thought that S.Hopper would most probably stand down, as he should, because of the complete fiasco.
Riceman I have to agree £120m all the salaries that’s been paid over a decade and for what.
I have no doubt there is value in the company but don’t see that happening with the current BOD.
Something has to change and it’s them.
The SP should have picked up on recent updates, but hasn’t because of the lack of trust, sentiment in the market
towards the company (BOD)
TBH if I was in a position to sell I would in a heart beat but will suffer to big a loss but that’s the risk you take especially when you agree with a merger and put your trust in a crew that’s just had salaries paid for over a decade without having to deliver.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing or maybe it’s stupidity on my behalf.
