The update this morning ,regardless of what our views maybe, is very much welcomed.
The lack of updates have always been my bugbear, so let’s embrace what we get.

I was going to offload my remaining 66% of shares but this mornings update has given a glimmer of hope.
I will sit on my hands for a month but will not be taking part in the placing.

Northern we know that
The EGI and UGS planned the drilling of the vertical stratigraphic test well to gather data to improve the understanding of the Paradox Basin play. The proposed well would target the Cane Creek and potentially the C18/19 reservoirs, acquiring both core data and a comprehensive well log suite in order to provide valuable new basin data.
When this was completed they sat around the table, with the BOD, and decided what they would target.
This was mid 2020, so most of last year was being carefully planned targeting the right parts of the Cane Creek.
This team assembled is awesome and invaluable to us.
Acquisitions is going to ongoing because it’s guaranteed cash and allows the company the funds to be self funded in all drilling projects.
The BOD with its partners EGI, the UGS are going to transform our company ZPHR into a serious player within the industry.
This has been years in the making and will provide years of growth.
Sit on your hands, be patient and enjoy what has to come.

Papaduke that 13m buy could be a short term holder. ZPHR is on the rise as a company is a ST, MT and LTH, take your pick there is profit no matter what way one goes pal.

Razorman I think the world knows I was a CERP LTH then bought into BPC when the merger was announced.
I agreed with the merger and pushed the benefit of it.
P1 was a risk that didn’t pay off for us. Normally I would take it on the chin, nurse my losses, dry my eyes and carry on.
My grievance was the continuous mistruths and the begging bowl that was put in the middle of the table 3times for what was supposed to be a fully funded drill, diluted shareholders value that never got to total depth.
My trust has completely gone and will be off loading another 3rd of my shares tomorrow.
What a sad state of affairs this has become and could have been avoided.
I bought into the merger, the BPC family but not Challenger energy with the same BOD that have just taking the proverbial for years only to have the cheek to try the same again.
Such a pity, I wish the family all the luck in the world, the newbies also.
I have accepted my loss and will be out by Friday..

I’m in your corner and agree with the points you have made.
I have offloaded a 3rd of my shares now and will wait to see what happens.
I will not be voting and certainly not be adding through the placing.
The BOD have not changed only been shuffled and S.Potter, on the QT, will still be calling the shots.
I hope that over 50% refuse to take up their placing as it will be interesting to see if the institutional investors pick up the remaining, available shares.
I just hope that the newbies listen to the LTH and don’t jump into investing here with both feet.
Wait until consolidation and get the shares around 3p.
I have never known shares to consolidate without falling slightly in the first week or two.

3.3p will seem a bargain by the end of July forget end of the year.
MMS will mop up any shares that are available. The SP will end the day above 3.4p.

Northern this has taken many years to get to this point. There has been many disappointments going all the way back to Rose Energy. The current BOD picked up the gauntlet and continued forward, establishing a team of scientists, institutional investors, a BOD very well respected within the industry, with decades of experience.
We are very fortunate to be in this vehicle and will reap the rewards.
I have always maintained this and my belief is stronger now than it ever was.

I invest in a company because it feels right to do so.
We have a top management team, a top investment company on board, institutional investors who are willing to buy up all shares.
All we have to do is sit on our hands, buy when we can and reap the rewards.

We already know that this team that has been formed, ZPHR BOD, is one of the most experienced in their field of expertise.
That’s the first thing I noticed and why I invested.
It’s the same as if I wanted an investment company to invest my money I would be very happy with Tyndall, James Sullivan and managers, and they are invested in our company.
I honestly believe you could never have a better set up within a company and institutional investors we have on our side.
Our company is screaming out,’ look at us.’ Fantastic times ahead.

I was a trade unionist for over 25 years and I am revelling in the possibilities here for the little fish, such as myself, to take advantage of this great opportunity that’s staring us in the face.

B.M you are right. This is a marvellous update. The acquisitions that can be obtained will further enhance our market position and available funds.
What I really like is the BOD are reinvesting the cash from the producing wells is setting the foundations from which we will see very strong growth.
I have added but it is showing as a sell. But tbh I don’t really care if it does.
