In regards to 'sunken costs' I do not see how anyone could sensibly forecast anything in that regard considering,

- We do not know what is being sold

- We do not know if the assets are being sold as one to a single buyer/multiple buyers

- Or if the assets are being sold seperately to multiple buyers

- For what price seperate assets / all assets

- CS informed us at the AGM 'no deal is the same'

- We do not know how the Russian authorities would view such a sale

The comparisons to any other miner sold in Russia are too vague until we understand the details of any potential deal (assuming one is forthcoming) IMO?

to any company or EUA?

In reagards to EUA itself would love to knw the answers to DD but accept I am not going to know until - it's signed off or not as the case may be?

Do you think the ‘several parties’ are new since the last RNS or they have been interested since FSP (or the Hammond tweet) - either or?

What stage(s) do you think these parties are at with their DD? - anywhere from start to finish?

Do you think the company that completed DD is still interested? - from the time of AGM the answer would be yes

If the original buyer is still at the table I would think further DD would be relevant to the 'resulting improvement in value to potential purchasers'?

How long should this take for the original buyer to further evaluate and consider an offer?

I am not expert on this but considering/assuming they have already performed DD on the previous data referenced (FS) then I would think weeks rather than

months and months? Happy to be corrected if anyone has more knowledge on this process?

Remember well the detractors claiming EUA had no resources of value and would never attract a buyer?

For a company devoid of resource and worthless as claimed, the several parties conducting DD appear to rather contradict that narrative?

We have seen via LB's satallite imagery (thanks again LB) clearing for mining has anything but stopped it's expanded over a wide area, this is being prep'd for a serious amount of work.

We also see the dragline in action digging through a large swathe of land and piling ready for washing.

Do the negheads really think all this activity would be taking place if there were not interested partys at the table?
