The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
OMG are you for real?
Your supposed to be a lawyer FFS….and you cannot even work that out??? 🤣
🤡🤡🤡
‘ If the company had said the claimants could sell without the certificate, then why are the company asking for an indemnity?!’
We referenced this with it the other day, but when has that ever stopped it repeating the same nonsense over and over again?
Are you telling me the company had no plan to go into production or increase it's worth to a seller prior to actually completing a deal?
Basically what you are insinuating
- The DFS were pointless
- The procurement with Sinosteel pointless (August 2019)
- Further work and expanded assets worthless
- Deal with Rosgeo worthless (the war ensured this was the case)
- Mining and installation of electicity and dragline worthless
Because they were selling it 8.5 years ago with none of the above in place? How would that work, the company have tried to maximise value through a process you are simply acting up as you always are, obtuse and fallacious.
Bobby, your wasting your time arguing it’s pure facade.
Does it really think it understands the company’s standing better than Iain Rawlinson a competent and highly respected legal representative non exec director on the EUA BoD?
It’s a multi monikered Walter Mitty nothing more.
We had these similar posts in regards to the MT DFS prior to it's confirmation, which should give a clear indication of the companys working relationship with the authorities.
They omit the company assets are in Russian subs, has worked in the region for 20+ years with Russian nationals on the BoD, with a working mine employing Russian staff and a further prospective mine with a full DFS of considerable value and company not at the current time subject to sanctions.
There is plenty of information in regards to EUA's resources a confirmed DFS for WK and a confirmed DFS for MT,
along with the previous analysis performed by AP, the FS work detailed by the company and an independent report by HC Wainright, which perhaps explains why the original bidder is still at the table?
Approaches FROM companies your point is? Are you telling me the company had no plan to go into production or increase it's worth to a seller prior to actually completing a deal?

Toffers, you did not attend the AGM and have zero idea what you are wibbling on about , the company was not selling 8.5 years ago (only recieved DFS for WK in 21).

West Kytlim DFS Approved

Rosendra has approved the Definitive Feasibility Study for the Monchetundra project in the Kola peninsula, northwest Russia (the "Monchetundra DFS")
Completely different circumstances.
POLY had to leave the LSE as confirmed 10 May 2023 and re-domocile.
Again I ask you what re-structuring would you anticipate EUA currently require prior to a potential sale?
Polymetal International plc
Proposed re-domiciliation to the AIFC (Кazakhstan) and notice of General Meeting.
Polymetal International plc (“Polymetal”, the “Company” or the “Group”) announces today its intention to re-domicile to the Astana International Financial Centre (“AIFC”) in Kazakhstan, which is subject to shareholder approval. An explanatory shareholder circular and notice of General Meeting will be published shortly.
“Today we are asking for support from our shareholders for the Company’s proposed re-domiciliation to the AIFC which the Board and I believe is a necessary and critical first step to preserve Polymetal’s business continuity and restore shareholder value in the current environment.
As a consequence of the re-domiciliation, our shares will not be able to meet the basic requirements to maintain trading in London. While the Board and the management team have explored all potential options to maintain the listing and trading on the LSE, none of these options proved to be available at present or viable in the long term. As a result, absent any alternative options, we are forced to seek a suspension of trading on the LSE upon re-domiciliation and will continue to pursue an orderly cancellation of our listing. Following the re-domiciliation, our primary listing will shift to the AIX.
The Board and our management team are committed to making every effort to guide our shareholders through the upcoming changes as smoothly as possible and minimise the disadvantages of leaving the LSE.
EUA are not presently subjected to sanctions and they do not trade on MOEX, as for 'restructuring' the company already has the assets listed in Russian subs.
What re-structuring would you anticipate they would require prior to a potential sale?
Personally I will stick to what our BoD inform us, from the AGM
- DFS confirmed
- Credible party still at the table
- New NDA's signed June 23
- Company has significant assets ready for development WK, MT, NKT
- No two sales have been treated the same in Russia up to this point.
CS from the AGM regarding West Kytlim
'we are in the middle of completing re-calculation of the way the operations will be organized now that the electric dominant operation in production there are a number of places where significant savings and operational costs are being made and we want to complete that process making a full assesement of where we go with the mining operations from now on'
And they have cleared a further '50 acres' (using your calcs LB), either way a significant sized area?
Thanks LB for the update good to see the work continuing prior to the proposed sale.
Understood Mr Hackett no worry’s have a nice weekend.
Not sure what the 2 dafties are dribbling on about with their incessant and pointless goading totally irrelevant either way.
'it would be very reassuring to hear from EUA BOD'
The AGM was just over 3 weeks ago, did you not attend?
Totally missing the context but never you mind as long as it's negative :D
Have returned with their stupid top up.....b*stds!
I am sure the BoD are perfectly capable of moving the company forwards.
You could however drop them a line and suggest as much or perhaps volunteer your services, after all we have had all sorts here in the past it would appear, mining experts, geologists, business experts.....they all knew what was best too?
I really don't know why they bother, a never ending theme of negativity and conjecture which no one takes seriously?
What an achievement :)
The fact your here posting negative nonsense daily on a company BB your not invested in is enough, there is no need to confirm the obvious?
Good luck to all holders! - 'Honest B1ll' :D
What on earth are you wittering on about now B1ll?
Surely you can spend that hour more productively than wasting your and our time with irrelevant posts here?
