Our strategy continues to be the eventual sale of the Company's assets in Russia, being the West Kytlim operating mine, the Monchetundra Project mining license, the NKT brownfield project, and the entitlement to the Nyud brownfield project.
- No two sales havebeen treated the same in Russia
- Queeld and Mispare case no effect on sales or assets
Debunks the drivel via the liar from Streatham, keep up the posting old guard good to see you active again.
Yeah, kept going on about concrete canoes.....I didn't think I would be sitting in the f'kin thing in 2023 :D
'& the poor Ukrainians have felt the force of the bald egotistical crazy Russian all though getting the better of his over stretched , under equipped rag tag army'
From what I have seen they have barely made any progress at all 2 months into this offensive a few fields and a couple of villages? Thats not disputing their spirit or courage however being thrown in with no air cover against pin point artillary, rockets, helicopters and planes is suicide.
If we have not all been vaporised I predict this will be talked of as a tragedy comparable to WW1 in future.
Then you won't need to bother buying any EUA shares will you? Bye
She fully knows what she said couldn’t resist the bait like the narcissist it is and reveals itself again as a pathological liar.
Nice find mjd tight lines 🎣
Shrapnel - cos that makes perfect sense 🙄🤡
HaHa I am just being as obtuse as yourself toffers annoying isn’t it, but hey what comes around goes around…..let’s not forget
Company will not get their AR signed off - Toffers LIE
Company concentrate made into ordnance for the Russian military - Toffers LIE
There are many more mjd put a list of this charlatans ramblings and outright lies but it was too much for the mob and was removed 🤣🤣🤣
So once again then toffers before you go for a brew and whatever else you do, explain to this board how AMC sold their assets in Russia?
Let’s word it another way…
Do you agree that EUA will be able to sell its Russian asset with authorisation from the Russian authority which involves the same successful process as AMC?
HaHa TC in your rush to be proven wrong you cannot even read the post here’s the clue ‘last fiscal year’
Remember you started last autumn not this fiscal year
🤣🤣🤣🍵🍵🍵🤡🤡🤡
HaHa still waiting for that raise you promised us last fiscal year TC the one where the BoD detailed there would be no funds required and you insisted ‘they can raise at anytime don’t need the SH’s approval’
🍵 🤡
Do the Russian State own unexcavated minerals, yes or no? - No
Now explain how AMC sold their unexcavated asset post authorisation via the Russian authority's?
Of course the Russian state sign off the deal, there was not any reference to suggest otherwise?
The point is you are saying the business cannot and will not be able to sell it's Rusian assets however there is a recent example of a company doing precisley that, AMC.
If it were therefore not possible for a company like AMC to sell it's asset in Russia, then how come they managed to do so? That is the question that is put to you?
Toffers, this still does not explain how AMC recently managed to sell their Russian asset to a buyer if the Russian state do not permit this business model?
Either way I will trust the BoD, you to date have not supplied any information of value to this public forum in fact every piece of information you have insisted was correct has turned out to be the opposite, I see nothing in your latest obsessive postings to suggest anything other than the status quo in that respect.
Toffers, for the last time explain to this board how AMC recently managed to sell their Russian asset to a buyer if the Russian state do not permit this business model?
I asked the question the other day how was it AMC sold their resource as the Russian state clearly allowed it?
Predictably met with silence, however I don’t drive a juddering Qashqai so understandable I suppose? 🥴😆
It's totally fact free, like all your previous conjecture laced posts and assumptions both recent post and prior NOMAD humbling.
- You have omitted to reference any of the previous references to asset value from previous RNS
- You have failed to understand the Sinosteel EPC agreement
Sinosteel EPC contact update:
As Monchetundra's flanks application is progressing, the Company keeps its EPCF contract in place with Sinosteel, which establishes the route to the Monchetundra Project's development. Sinosteel is a diversified and integrated base and industrial metals enterprise and a major importer of iron ore to China. The Sinosteel EPC financing covers 85% (or US$149.6M) of a total contract value of US$176M.
Spikey suggests a buyer might be hanging for a 0.25p a share offer which equates to I believe $15 million?
Not sure how that might reflect on Sinosteel wonder what they might have reviewed that contradicts your theory?
'The Sinosteel EPC financing covers 85% (or US$149.6M) of a total contract value of US$176M'
I have no doubt any buyers at the table and the one still at the table have seen the DFS.
IMV the only thing thats derailed a sale to date has been the tragedy in the Ukraine.
I would also like to see the DFS to be fair to tricky but I don't think we will, potentially could be all wrapped up prior to any release.
The historical geological data reviewed by:-
- Anglo Platinum
- Eurasia Mining
Seen by
- Sinosteel (with a partnership arrangement still valid)
- The Russian authorities studying the DFS
- The buyer still at the table and any further potential buyers
- LTH's of Eurasia mining and available for public review by prospective buyers in Eurasia mining
Your indicating that spikey's views are as credible as qualified geologists in the aforementioned company's yet indicate that no one on the forum is qualified to review the data assume along with spikey?
This is not a very convincing argument?
Leno, well we made our points for and if they want to dispute the historical geological data it is all available for them to review and update us on their points they just need to do a little research through historical RNS?
Whether any of these people are actually qualified to analyse this detail..... I am not but I trust the information released again stress the historical reference and previous company involved.
