The US have discussed joint development of Russian and Arctic resources, Russia will also have gained the parts of the Ukraine post invasion which also appears to contain considerable resources, so from what I see both Russia and the US benefit, the Ukraine benefit to a point as their resources develop so will the investment/tax reciepts re-development (one hopes)?

One might consider this outrageous all those people fighting and dying for what (Blackrock, American interests perhaps) but that is precisly what some have consistently argued against, and here we likley appear to be?
