Great posts guys, eloquent reminder to all why we committed to EUA and more importantly why major institutions, investors and the BoD are fully committed in this company.

Fully in agreement Monkey, think the Japanese are very much involved here to what percentage or indeed all, who knows? Of course not totally ruling other options out but I truly think EUA have made a clear decision and are mapping out a path for a divi and future version of EUA(2) which will delight and benefit all shareholders.

Morrison’s was public EUA is private hence NDA’s I personally very much doubt we are in a bidding war given the information to date and recent high level appointments.
Indicates to me the deal is signed pending seal and delivery? IMHO.

NDA’s are part of the deal and negotiation between buyer and seller, this has been water tight and should and will remain water tight until the company are able to update further as per AIM rules and NDA.
Anything in between to appease the impatient will compromise the deal, all you have to do is sit and wait.

Well done Ian seems we are all loading the musket and taking advantage of the bargain basement this week.

High time we had a few blue days, any momentum has been systematically snuffed out all post RNS that make the company of significant more value.

PGM prices still massively up over last couple of years and with EUA’s capex open pit mining the margins are stellar.

And what are your qualifications and experience in M&A, what deals have you worked on?
With a CV as you claim you would surely be able to talk on Dmitry’s level (probably in Russian)?
Also what current projects are you working on as with your qualifications and the increase in PGM demand and price people of your claimed qualifications would be in serious demand I imagine?

The BoD are already highly successful and wealthy individuals in their own right.
Also if the BoD really wanted to fleece the pi the time to do that would have been during the last suspension they could have taken the company private end of.
There is no logic to this argument but then logic is not something most of these people were gifted, DYOR as always.
