You need some serious infastructure to generate the power required in the first place, it's nowhere near that at present and is extremely unlikley to be able to service a quater of what they claim to require, you only need to look at a country such as India to start to question? Who's going to pay for the motorised scooters, old time polution ridden cars and tuk tuks flying around the place? As a major contributer to CO2 emmissions these are the countrys that need rapid change, and these are the populations that can least afford it? And where is the infastrucure coming from to support a population of over 1 billion people?
I have not heard one logical explanation on this reality type scenario from any politican as yet?
