My point exactly. Mine was just a cautionary note to new investors who are unaware of the shenanigans that can happen on AIM.

I will sit and wait to see what happens.

I’m not invested here, looking to buy but only when happy to do so.

I could buy this morning, in the expectation of a juicy RNS.

But if I buy after such huge rises, I could be buying on a monumental spike.

So, I would like to see a pull back with some temporary consolidation before taking a position.

If there isn’t one, and II miss the boat ( and I already have to some extent) then so be it. I’ve learnt the hard way not to chase quickly rising share price. There will always be another winner. This is AIM after all.

And a CEO taking a modest, not over-inflated, salary.

Come on Dennis, show us the true reason why AMS paid 3x the current share price for just under a 1/3 of the company....

Doesn't make good reading, but interesting to see the huge jump up in number of employees last year.

ME on £193k pa - nice pay for what appears to gross underperfomance of the company.

But with imminent news on smelters and production, and the fact that John Wardle bought nearly £160k of stock with no Dircetor selling recently last year, then let's see what the next 6-months bring.

I can live in hope....

The company does not respond to my emails.

On three separate occasions I have emailed the company with no response at all.

However many more times will you gaslight by saying that they do respond?

I have just re-read in full the RNS from 15th December, especially both the Chairman’s and CEOs comments. It might be worth another look if you are unclear, as I was, on the progress of projects and mine sale .

They clarify a lot of points, and address (most of) my concerns, regarding all their assets. I won’t list them all here but it now appears to be a short waiting game until:

- they do indeed become cash-generating from HMS by end of Q1

- receive news on the projects that AMS are bringing to the table

And if Hebei don’t settle their debt to buy the mine, then the cash already paid is KZG’s, and the mine has never changed hands.

Tick tock.

Slowly but surely, we are seeing larger trades coming through, as anticipated.

It’s playing out as it always does.

Aka THE YEAR OF THE LEPER…

I’ve been in VAL for many years and still hold some shares to show it’s catastrophic loss in my portfolio - it serves as a clear and daily reminder to me not to repeat mistakes of the past.

On 16th Dec, the sp was 14p, and there were keyboard warriors claiming significant funds were coming in and that 20p, 30p, 40p and 50p or more was extremely likely. The sp is now at 5.9p. Says it all really and potential new investors should take note.

Time will tell if it’s any different to the 2nd, 3rd or however many false starts there have been.

Only need another 900%+ to recover my losses.

A leopard never changes its spots, neither does a leper (which is a pretty apt way of describing a chronically sick excuse of a pharma company).

Nothing but positive news coming from the company.

Bulletin boards a breeding ground for planted fake news.

Since news of the $118m funding, weak holders are lying at the bottom of the tree that has well and truly been shaken by the machine that is The City who now, after this investment has been so signficantly derisked, look to load up with the shares that have been all to easily prised from the hands of the weak to fill their orders. I wont be surprised to see bigger and bigger trades going through over the next few weeks.

Time and time again, as sure as I am that the world is round, the weak holders who cant see beyond the noise will ALWAYS get stiffed.

To me it looks like one final spike down shake to frighten some in to selling, then a nive V-shaped recovery to indicate the start to a much longer term reversal from the recent downtrend.

Think a rise from 0.1 to 0.9 was big? Wait until the proper rise happens. Thats what The City will be investing for, and why I have quielty held through all this predictable nonsense.

Got to question all these personal stories on an anonymous bullletin board.

While I dont wish anything bad on anyone and have sympathy for people with genuine struggles (whatever they may be), this BB really isnt the palce to take them seriously. Why would you share such personal information? To garner respect and credibility? If so, for what purpose? And to see some of the responses, its like a very bad comedy.

These boards are a breeding ground for lies, deception and manipulation beacuse ultiamtely no one is accountable.

He mentions in the last interview thayt another $1m has been recieved, maknig a total over $4m apparently (or was that £s?).

Buit I agree, a definitive statement on the state of that sale, (how much money has been received etc) surely shoud be circulated in an RNS - its pretty big news to receive $1m.

In the meantime, up 2.47% today, and my first buy up 50% .
