Thank you for the contrary view, but looking at the chart and the tick up with huge volume between 0.05 and 0.06, large reported buys, and knowing that Warner has touched this by taking at least a £500,000 stake, plus the imminent news flow, I’m quite happy to have a long position. Buy at the lows, sell at the highs? Follow the money. Yes, a gamble (it’s AIM for goodness sake) so let’s see what happens over the next few weeks.

Gamblers share it is. I took a modest punt sometime ago, but sold out a couple of days ago with a very small gain earlier than I had originally planned as it appears that any material news (good or bad) is a long way off. I’ve reallocated the funds to another gamble that is likely to issue significant news over the next few weeks. I could be right, I could be wrong. A throw of the dice.

Not a ramp, but take a look at KZG today. Several +$11k trades within 10 minutes, and an ealrler larger one at £24k. Now that piques my interest.

I cant see any notably large trades, none that might indicate a signficant seller or buyer. Any multiple trades over the value of £10k minimum, and I might become interested.

I think you are wrong. It is not impossible.

This is my understanding of the siutation: Market Makers provide liquidity ie they may well be holding shares (also via their clients) that they can sell. A buy is not dependent on them having an external seller on the otherside of a trade if they hold enough stock. What do you think pushes the price up? Maybe more buy orders than they have stock for, so increasing the SP to lure sellers in? If they were short of stock today this would, in my opinion, have marched north very quickly.

Hence the term "diamond hands" for holders keeping hold of their shares if the price does increase, so the MMs have to keep raising the price until sellers do come back in to the market. Thats exactly what happened at GAMESTOP. The buying pressure kept pushing up the SP, and the industry shorters were unable to buy back and close their positions. One hell of a squeeze! Until Robinhood decided (for whose benefit?) to restrict buying.

Happy to be corrected...

Buys outweigh sells by a factor of 7x.

Well that was a nice opportunity to double my holding just below 0.05. Given the imminent news flow, especially if there are further TR1 announcements, then I’m not sure we will see that again, unless of course it all goes balls up.

And it’s a JV, so costs are shared. DH made reference to that, as well as off takers putting skin in the game as and when necessary.

So with 6000 tonnes/month HMS being produced with profit in the range of $40-$100/tonne, then potential profit is:

@$40 = $240k/month or $2.9m/year

@$100 = $600,000/month or $7.2m/year.

Not a bad start.
