IF there was a raise, I would hope it would, for the time being, be limited to Clontarf "keeping the lights on" while they partake in the Convocatoria. Seems like their financial status has been guaranteed by their German partner and being part of the EU initiaitive, and any funding of future major projects would likely, to the most part, be undertaken by the EU initiative which will apparently fund 2/3rds of an infrastructure project. If CLON do manage to win any contract then I suspect we may we see another raise in relation to specfic projects/contracts. Just an opinion.
From DH in July;
"EU Commission leadership has been key in financing necessary infrastructure, especially through the 'Global Gateway' initiative. The EU was initially slow to respond to the Chinese challenge, but now moves decisively - backed by circa €400 billion of possible financing. 20-year money at a 3.3% coupon convinces many counter-parties. They are saying it with cash, as well as markets and strategic partnerships. The EU does not bring the historical baggage handicapping other power-blocs."
and....
"Throughout this process, the EU Commission has shown vision and leadership in bringing together "Team Europe", while facilitating infrastructural investment for Bolivia to join the ranks of Lithium exporters. The EU dialogue with Bolivian authorities has helped to streamline and improve selection criteria. We are optimistic that the EU's "Global Gateway" development initiative, perhaps treating Bolivian Lithium as a Beta project, may de-risk qualifying projects and finance infrastructural investment, which typically constitutes two-thirds of capex of new projects in virgin locations".
