I have a feeling they will consolidate the shares for example if you hold a 10000 shares at 5p = £500 then you might get 143 shares @ £3.50. just a guessing, really no clue. Anyone got better understanding of how this might work and could be get dividends with it too?

My share account is still showing £3.50 per share, lets hope this is the SP in 5 years. Nice to be a millionaire on paper even if it's short lived. If it ever was £3.50 per share, wouldn't that mean MVR are valued at 5Billion?

lordfont, been reading about Share consolidation, MVR could consolidate every 2 existing shares into 1 share (2 into 1), 10 into 1 share or 100 into 1 share. Don't know the options they have, can anyone clarify how this may be done in order to be on Nasdaq
