RE: Share Price23 Nov 2020 16:05
From what I have researched generally two companies coming together would increase the SP; during the suspension both companies have gained momentum MVR ( partnerships, exclusive, live shows etc.) and Napster (Sonos and other agreements). How much will the reverse takeover will be worth is yet to be seen, for the first time we will some debt; to those who we have partnerships with, maybe it will be written off, who knows.
I do believe we are moving in the right direction slowly but surely, most had given up on AM and the BOD (not me) and then they hit us with something nobody could have predicted, maybe there are more surprises to come, who knows.
One thing I am sure on is MVR will be a major competitor to Apply/Spotify within 5-7 years and the £3.50 (yes an error) most of us are seeing in our share accounts is only a fraction of what the company will be worth in the future.
I have no idea what the SP will be when trading starts again, they could end up being consolidated ready for switching to Nasdaq. But a outlandish guess would be £1 ( on the basis of 20 pre-consolidation shares for one post-consolidation share). if they don't consolidate I would expect an SP of around 5.5 to 6.5 and we are back to the daily fluctuations.
Just my thoughts GLA
