Hate to say it, but I like this deal.

by following UFO, you get decent pumps to trade AND you get led to awesome opportunities elsewhere. Had you not followed UFO you wouldn't be led to 10bagger in WCE and the prospect of another in GRE. You've already done the research and been told Twin holes first by GRE. Those same funders of WCE will be expecting the same from RS at GRE.

Yes i agree, but if they aren't interested or offer a bad deal what else can you do? The assets go to vehicles much cleaner than UFO into a Market willing to fund exploration.
