Given the blue we have seen this week!? Lol
Surprised the SP is dropping based on the RNS this morning.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
Afternoon all,
A good set of productive posts although it would hep the intention of Rob’s posts, it’s an open forum so just admit it.
My question refers to whether there have been previous cases where a company is open to take over and at what uplift in the SP there was? Any previous examples would be helpful. Wincanton had a surprise uplift in the SP during the week although it was only circa 50%.
Out of interest, what is the P/E ratio for this industry?
Thoughts welcome.
Thanks PD.
Rob may want to look at the latest trading update "The number of active Rental subscribers grew by 21% in the year reaching 37,100 as at 30 November 2023 (30 November 2022: 30,500). Total Rental revenue for the period was £8.3m, up 57% (2022: £5.3m). "
Hi PD101 - I like your post and optimism.
I am currently holding and tempted to hold more, but do you realistically think that this can go up 300/400% up?
I am just trying to keep it balanced. However, it is definitely undervalued given the SP last year and with no further dilution.
Hi Rob - are you shorting this?
Thanks mate - meant 85p.
On the bus for the long haul with you fellow travellers 😉
Yes I did, but I will keep it in for now. I have some powder dry if it does fall then I can lower my average but I’m hoping an average of 95p will suffice.
I should have known better lol I sold BAKK at 90p for a profit and now it’s 97p.
I panicked on Wednesday and sold my holding at 83p thinking I can buy back lower but just bought back at 85p. Seeing that profit at 89p decimate hurt but oh well.
A silly move but will look to keep it in now.
Who else is going to the London Marathon to bump into Ryan?
If he does not attend, I assume he will also keep the charity proceeds as he is competent in fraud. Greedy f*cker!
That’s great, thanks very much. I mostly just rely on the key shareholders in the annual reports.
I also note you’re a fellow accountant. What do you specialise in? I qualified with Big4 and specialise within risk management.
Hi @Hedge - where did you get the detailed breakdown of shareholders?
Is anyone concerned about the drop in SP?
I’m surprised there has been no discussion and thoughts shared by investors on this board.
Thanks.
Level 2 showing it is back to flat…
I think it was MMs playing around this morning.
I feel for this person on Friday, ouch!

I only took a position this morning at £1.23 - thought I timed it right!
Surely, all the red sells going through at the moment must be folk selling at a loss?! Crazy!
Remember, the directors have bought here at a much higher price.
I have an average of 13.5p. Despite not making a profit, I believe MMAG is due for a rerate in 2024 given the strong EBITDA figures reported. Furthermore, the current MC is seriously low compared to the financials.
All businesses have debt (much better than dilution), and they are working on towards reducing the gearing levels.
Good luck all and let's do hope we get bought out.
Thanks my friend.
I'm looking to buy more here if I can this week, hoping anything below 85p will be a good price for 2024.
