Just had a look. There were 613m shares in 2021 and 617m as at today. Great news, as shows that there has been no future share placings and optimism to getting back to previous levels especially with future of cleaner energy.

I’ll also have a look at the shares in circulation now and shares in circulation 4 years ago. That is also key in terms of market cap.

Bought in today at 69p for the first time after a good update. I’m consious ITM did a placing at £4 in October 2021. However, the share price has been languishing below £2 since August 2022. Any thoughts and reasons on this would be much appreciated.

I think they have increased instead of reduced?

I bought yesterday and I feel I bought too early, didn’t expect another low Ut today but the sentiment will change. The fundamentals have not changed although Labour government are screwing UK companies.

Pantheon Resources PLC on Tuesday reported a cost overrun of approximately USD8 million for its Dubhe-1 well in Alaska, as it continues well clean-up operations until it can determine a representative oil flow rate.

The question is the impact and consequence of the overrun 🫣

A bit of a strange RNS issue which clearly the SP reflects accordingly.

Why inform the market of costs, unless they’re eyeing a placing? Just a thought.

I believe so, hopefully a holdings RNS in the coming days with Coronation upping their stake.

The government selling their stake to Coronation for a potential takeover in the near future IMO.

Based on today's holdings RNS, I am getting the impression that Public Investment Corporation (South African Government) are selling their shares to Coronation Fund Managers.
