1.45 paid, spread has moved up

It certainly is! There has been some selling today which is unsurprising given the bounce from 1p. I think this rise is more to do with being oversold than any news coming our way. The $200+ rise in the POG will also benefit us this quarter although perhaps a little too early to speculate. Putting the grade aside, the open pit operation is improving. The removal of the backlog of waste stripping left over from the previous year is complete. We are due a resource statement from the fantastic drilling results earlier this year which will add to underground resources.

Twice today, two large trades put through as sells, cancelled... and now it's popped again! A few 1.35 buys and tick up to fill a 650k buy at 1.38! Looking good for 1.40 now :)

There was a 177074 trade made at 9.41 yesterday so it may just be a correction ( ie. 1.33 and not 1.32). It's too much of a coincidence to have that amount twice IMO

Just seen the two cancelled sells, 500k and 1.5 million (£25k total) at 1.25 and 1.30 not carried through, big money sticking with us at that price and the £41k buy at 1.34 yesterday close bodes well for us short term... Volume pretty low today though so not expecting much from today. POG doing okay though ;) Brodie - Regarding sale of company, I haven't put too much thought into it. I don't see anyone making a t/o approach after the recent announcement to delay underground mining. As a prospective buyer, they would want to see the underground operation up and running. I'd imagine if the SP doesn't rerate between now and H2 2013 when the underground mining is due to recommence then yes we may be looking at bid.

Haha happy for you mate, well done with your timing. £41k buy is massive, whether it be a private investor or more likely an institution. Given the way AIM works I'm not surprised by claims on iii, it was odd to release a negative statement the day before the Half Yearly came out... was that decision timed for certain people to jump in immediately after the HY RNS? I don't know but I'm glad I averaged down 3 times before todays rise. Hopefully a push into the 1.4s tomorrow :)

Hi mate, good spot! Was slightly disappointed with the late sells but that £41k buy at 1.34 bodes well for tomorrow. Back to 1.5p by Friday perhaps...
