You sound like you follow me around, please do read my history if you understand English so you know where I am invested, plenty of AIM listed companies over the past 5-6 years... is that the usual 'tactics' to which you refer?

"The growth in the aggregate value of our contracts and our strong renewal rates gives the Board confidence that, as greater proportion of the fixed cost base is covered by the existing customer base, the Company's contracted revenue base will be able to underpin the fixed cost base of the business in the long term." Excessive administration costs are why the company turned a loss last year, it's not rocket science... If you want to engage in a proper discussion, try relating to the accounts which illustrate the picture perfectly. I won't even dignify your RT comment with a response...

Can you remind me the number of new contracts? From the Year End notes I have - New client wins jumped to 21 from 15 - Annual contracts totaled 42 up from 33 - Value of contracts rose to £3.1m from £2.4m But despite this they still made a loss before tax of £1.58m. This was down by only £132k from £1.71m. After tax looks slightly better with the income tax receipt showing a total post-tax loss of £1.46m (down £146k from £1.61m) If £700k of additional contract value reduces the pretax loss by £132k assuming this an accurate measure, they are going to need approx £8.4m of new contract value just to break even. I presume margins will improve as contract numbers increased, for example share of admin costs should fall but I can't see IMTK breaking even this year.

Anybody concerned about the cash outflows here, which are being offset by placings at discount? To be fair they are narrowing but the breakeven based on the rate of contract wins is still a way off. Liabilities against assets isn't particularly encouraging either. Only institutional support attracting interest, genuine thoughts please?

Wait for a pullback now, can't see any justification for current share price with next trading update two months away.

tabes - will probably take the market a few days to digest, but zinc (the largest contributor to our EBITDA) is lower today which might explain part of the muted reaction. Also net debt is up in the quarter and with commodity prices falling since we are likely to see this trend to continue.. unless the merger with Cairn goes ahead

MBO made £379,688 operating profit in the final six months of 2014 but this would have been closer to £550,000 if it had not been for the one-off loss on disposal. They booked a £170,000 loss on disposal of the subsidiary in Indonesia during this period. The subsidiary would have been eating into those profits too so going forward operations will not only be more profitable but also there will be no further losses to book on disposal nor will there be any writedowns to assets - they wrote off another £160k from the assets as "value of equipment". Also a very small part of the business, 'the international remittance services' in which the Group had only 6 outlets in Malaysia was loss making again this year... and recently its operations have been discontinued by MBO which will further cut costs and improve profits in the year ahead. "The movement back into profitability for the Group in 2014 is encouraging for the Board of MobilityOne and provides confidence for the Group's future prospects. The Directors are optimistic on the performance of the Group for 2015 as the Group's prepaid airtime reload and bill payment business via the existing business channels as well as contribution from more than 1,000 new agent banking points introduced by one of the Group's banking partner recently in Malaysia is expected to continue to grow and contribute positively to the performance of the Group in 2015. Furthermore, the Group is exploring the opportunity to expand its e-payment solutions and services via One Tranzact. One Tranzact aims to capitalise on the efforts of the Malaysian central bank to encourage switching from paper-based payments to e-payments." I see no reason why they cannot exceed second half operating profits to the tune of £400-500k every 6 months now. If the Malaysian Ringgit strengthens in 2016-17 as expected this will result in higher equivalent profits in pound sterling (right now profits are being squeezed by currency weakness but still improving).

Also there is so much disinformation concerning the state of Chinese manufacturing PMI data. It's supposedly the leading indicator for economic activity and articles recently suggest their economy will slow further based on recent data. But in 2012, 2013 and 2014 the PMI dropped to levels below the most recent reading. In fact in July 2013 it was only marginally above this level and also in 2012 where the cycle tends to dip around our summer-time. The stock market correction will have no doubt affected the most recent results, but to my untrained eye it doesn't look awful. Gold, silver and platinum, the precious metal trio are up on USD weakness and falling equities, nothing new there. Oil continues to fall because of the very real and dominating concerns of over-supply which far outweigh a small correction to the Dollar it would seem. I still believe the market correction taking place in China is nothing more than profit-taking and fear. ie fundamentally the economic growth targets remain intact. This is what some analysts have suggested in articles written recently, but many more media sources are bearish about growth. Perhaps why copper can't find a base yet. We will know in 6-12 months whether GLEN was a good buy at £2.10 Friday and £2.04 today.

We are seeing that long overdue USD correction, the euro is pushing higher following better than expected figures out of Germany, EUR/USD trading at its highest since July 13. Business confidence improving according to the Ifo research institute. Formal talks for the new Greek bailout package are to begin later today also. It's a short term hedge though because they only have until August 20 when a €3 billion loan to ECB is due. Yen is doing better following those Chinese market jitters earlier in the month. Money will trickle back to equities and asian markets in general should pick up... at least until the US confirm a rate rise in my opinion.

They have made 5 acquisitions in the past year, some have been through issuance of shares but we must remember KPIs are in place limiting total indebtedness to 2.5x EBITDA and net debt to EBITDA of below 2x as a safety precaution. The wording used like the recent merging of existing agencies and their recent focus "bedding these new businesses into the group" is a sign they are content for now with organic led growth although they make no definite case either way. My posts are a little way down the page around Christmas got my sub 42p entry and held until around April. If results prove to be skewed in the second half it will be worth buying at this price for a trade but given it fell back to 40p just before results and lack of volumes I wouldn't want to hold for 4-5 months again. Good to hear you're doing well and ofcourse holding through this period has proven the largest gain. More excitement to be had elsewhere in between the trading updates

hobione - the share price should not be falling at this rate given the amount of 'cash' the company states it has. The trend has not changed, there was one up day earlier in the week and the next it opened up and closed down. This will continue falling because whoever is offloading is happy to continue doing so at progressively lower prices. It's not behaving like a normal publicly traded stock. Take your cash out and go for a safer asian small-cap like MBO

Thoughts on todays half years results Revenues up 16.6% Margins increased 2.5% Group profit down by 5.6% Operating profits up 8.6% to £507k Profit before tax is down 1.7% to £398k 675,581 Ordinary Shares repurchased (approx 4.4% of capital) Seem to be waiting on a lot of trade receivables, its up from £8.2m to £11.2m in contrast to trade payables which are only up from £4.1m to £5.3m Cash is up from £69k to £158k but rather fruitless exercise given the value of shares repurchased during the period and the near £1.8m increase in trade receivables vs payables. What is worrying though is that borrowings have been increased from £2.4m to £4.7m, this whilst a dividend is being paid. The cash-flow position in general looks pretty grim at half year but it often does for RTC so perhaps they will turn it around in the second half. Well unfortunately both SLN and PHC have slipped since posting in May, the value of SARS net assets will be around £16-17m It's the lack of interest though which is worrying. The EPS like you said will be impressive when results are issued in late August.

Nice trading release today. Need another dozen of those before justifying the current £34m mcap though

Hope you're doing well sir, long time no speak :) I gave up with TMMG a while ago but it is now trading higher than the 42-43p range we were sat in for what seemed a millennia. If we can ignore the over-sized blue font used in the last update it looks like good progress, but still painfully slow Net debt down £1.1 million in the 6 months to £8.3m is better than expected and suggests 4 more years of net debt discount the market likes to place on smaller caps like TMMG. Assuming that is they repeat this growth trend in future years. Now that they are no longer in M&A mode, they need to show the new businesses can be streamlined and demonstrate organic growth ahead of it's peers. It does look promising though given second half results are normally more exciting, one to look in on in a couple of months perhaps the missiontm also announces Stephen Boyd's intention to step down from the board at the end of the year. Stephen, who joined the board in December 2009 as a non-executive director, has a number of business interests beyond the missiontm and has decided to concentrate on these after having served the Company for six years. David Morgan, Group Chairman, commented: "Stephen joined us in very different times and was instrumental in steering the Company through its refinancing in 2010. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his valuable contribution to the board over the years and we wish him well for the future."
