blakeney - you can open an account with any provider and close it the next day if you really want to. I am not suggesting you will be able to settle your trades and withdraw cash all in one day. It normally takes 3 working days for a trade to settle and 5 working days to clear a transfer out of the account but there is nothing stopping you from taking this action. IG would probably still gain net customers even if some shareholders cash out and close their new accounts. All in all I would expect you to be able to cash out of NWF shares within 3-4 weeks of STEL ceasing to be a tradeable stock. Either way I don't mind waiting an extra month if all my recent 6p purchases are worth 50% more.

bigjonny - looks to me like the quiet period after last years drill push both CAI and KRS down. As we know CAI have begun issuing results but the 15,000m drilling campaign will take many months to complete and I would think late Q218 is when we will hear about the last of them. KRS is a little short on cash (it's a shame they didn't organise a placing when this was 0.45+) and lack of developments combined with expected cash raise is having a drag on us in my view. I hope Togo isn't going to be a further drain this year. I'd rather see a cash raise go to sustaining the company for another year until CAI has confirmed the resource is over and above 1.2moz (my expectations for this year) and the shares in escrow are released to KRS which will boost interest here. If the company go for a raise now to aggressively develop it's assets in Togo I won't be pleased. Anyone can see that would be a huge slap in the face to the patient shareholders here awaiting further news on Calidus.

If I thought my company was worth 43p a share I'd have picked up stock fair and square like the rest of the connected backers. Poor shareholders have been buying much higher in recent weeks. What I wouldn't have done is a prearranged deal with one of the subscribers to pick up a huge amount of potentially lucrative stock with minimal risk! You don't think the warrants are worth a penny a pop? I certainly do. Better than paying 60p+ here recently and sitting around waiting for the dots to join.. If / when the permits come and this inevitably is bought out my B2 or more likely another major those 697,674 warrants are going to be worth well in excess of �1.30 (double the warrant execution price). If it turns out the permits aren't forthcoming then the capital to acquire the warrants was wasted but at least it wasn't more than �300,000 which is what that many shares at 43p would have cost. MC has a lot invested here already but that in no way excuses backroom deals to purchase warrants in this manner, this kind of deal is only available to the directors who organise the placing. If anyone has any 65p warrants I will take some off your hands, 2p each sound fair?

Received the FY announcement and read through it out of curiosity. No wonder the stock has fallen back. Tempted to buy in again in anticipation of a better year ahead, although expecting debt to rise sharply in the first half.

The actual placing terms aren't half bad. But what is that outrageous deal, Mark Child picking up 697,674 warrants at �0.01 per warrant for a measly total of �6,976.74!? That sucks. Jim Mellon and Andrew Cheatle are at least playing by the rules but I think questions should be asked about why he suddenly has this opportunity to purchase warrants for 1p. If this is indicative of the kind of games he is willing to play count me out of this investment. Is anyone else surprised Mark would do something like this? What he could have done was have Condor Gold buy the cheap warrants with a tiny portion of the cash raised and either cancel those shares or keep them in the company holding for a future purpose (bonus / land payments etc).

Interest all of the sudden, all aboaaarrrd. Are you buying all the available stock jolly? DWHA looks mighty cheap next to DHWT if you have a chance take a look and STEL also rising nicely too, take-over offer around 9.5p value and only a couple of weeks to go plus a couple of hurdles to jump.

madsktpan - I get the anger, I would be annoyed too. However lack of finds prior to BAM isn't entirely the fault of the directors. Only in the past couple of years have things really began to motor. Unfortunately their habit of raising funds in the quiet season when there is zero interest in the stock has been hard on existing shareholders, myself included. I knew a raise would come but I was hoping it would have come a lot sooner when 2p looked like an option. The trick now will be to average down and trade some on the peaks. I haven't checked the maths to see whether 600koz is feasible from 12,000m of drilling based on previous intercepts but there must be a reason they stated this. CAI are conducting 15,000m of drilling this year and there is some expectation that they will uncover an additional 500koz to 800koz of gold on top of the 700koz already confirmed. Assuming you're right, I believe even the mere doubling of the resource and the right kind of institutional backing (perhaps at project level) would boost confidence in the project and the value of our shares. An early summer top up in order to average down may be rewarded once the drill results start popping up

Well I don't preach to any choir, these boards are pretty quiet most of the time but I post here and there where I am invested. I was simply pointing out the differences in dividend yield despite being a shareholder. Having the worlds largest silver producer in your portfolio is entirely justified for reasons other than the dividend yield. I don't think it's ramping to point out Ved Plc goes ex-dividend today with a yield of around 7.2% comparably higher. The comparison serves to point out the current yields as these companies trade today and I will look back in a couple of months to analyse my research and trades.

Ved resources will announce FY results and dividend in late May I would expect, Ved Plc are benefiting from the record div announced last week.
