They will push it under 300p and when they will do a "premium" offer at 400-450p it will look so "generous"!!!
Usually takeover offers are 40% premium ...

this is a takeover plot...big fish and shorters attack and then a low "premium 30-40%" offer at 400-450p !

10 to 1 means for 10 shares you get 1.
for 10 shares with price 2.5p you get one with 25p.
share price will increase 10 fold but your nr. of shares will decrease 10 fold!
math is a foreign language for some :)

International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG) is expected to launch an emergency fundraising – possibly by tapping investors via a rights issue – over the next few weeks.
