there is no such "fully funded" ! is fully funded to survive but when you want to build a business and to expand 2 mil cash are not enough!! read the last RNS : During the second half of the financial year the Company continued to invest in India as it seeks to build a strong position in the country and grow subscriber numbers. This is anticipated to continue throughout the current financial year. Investment need cashhhhhhh and this 2.3 mil is a small amount ! of course they need to raise some cash in the nearest future!

This share is another dog AIM! Read careful all RNS (trading updates or final results) since 2012 or earlier and you will see a pattern: a)revenues going down year by year b)profit is going down c)cash is shrinking I would say this would worth to invest in 1-2 years time when India business will mature! And of course in the neareast future they will raise some cash to invest in expanding the business in India! Correct price for this woud be 2p or less :) Good luck with your investment, invest only what you can afford to loose, and ignore the rampers or derampers, do your own research !!!

This will go to less than 1p untill Darwin finish to convert all loan notes!!! My best estimates will be last tranche will be converted at 0.60÷0.75p!!! Research and take examples from Proxama and Mysquar... Darwin will decimate the share price!!! Sell now and buy at 50%÷70% discount when Darwin finish!!!
