Thank you. It appears contractually CMRS’ position for its Cyprus ventures were a mess and extricating themselves from those projects has extinguished some potentially, excruciatingly painful litigation. Furthermore, getting those projects into production will certainly require herding frogs but good luck to CMRS’ successors.

I suspect the loss of the RoO for EVM will be irritating but not insurmountable, and the mutually beneficial prospect of a full London listing is still very much on the table.

Operating in undemocratic states does not meet the more faint hearted investors’ ESG criteria but if you have: more of a buccaneer spirit; clear and deliverable objectives; and develop trust within those jurisdictions you can look forward to breakneck growth …

Saudi’s not for ‘bitcoinbuyer - well it is for me! This RNS makes perfect sense given EV Metals strong ties with the Kingdom including the battery chemicals complex being built in Yanbu Industrial City and the reassuring Saudi presence on EV Metals BoD.

If CMRS can assist in the exploration and production of minerals in Saudi for EV Metals battery storage supply chain, then plainly there will be:

1. The ease of operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia certainly as opposed to anywhere in the EU e.g. the speed of permitting with pragmatic views on environmental impact;

2. Excellent availability of funding for DevEx and CapEx; and

3. An oven ready offtaker.

RNS: “The beneficial owner of Ploutonic is Andrew Daniels, a previous Non-Executive Director of the Company …”

I notice Harold Andrew Daniels is also a director of New Cyprus Copper Company P.A. Ltd (“NCC”) which was notified by BMG Resources (ASX:BMG) that it had defaulted on a A$2m payment based upon an amendment to an SPA.

Cyprus looks to have been a total clusterfcuk and I for one am glad the new BoD has lanced the boil; I eagerly await details of the cash settlement reached with former members of the BoD.

My takeaway from the 21.11.2022 RNS, beyond the termination of warrants and return of shares was:

“ The Company has also negotiated a one-off payment, expected to be effected in the new year, which will contribute significantly towards the value lost by previous management decisions.”

The new BoD must have taken a deep and rewarding dive into this company.

The new FCA rules increasing the minimum market fund raise and capitalisation threshold for standard listing from £700k to £30m, is a decision very much in favour of existing listed cash shells such as PNPL.

More accurate to say, 964,078 shares have changed hands. Even on a broker’s screen it’s imprecise: anything at mid price shows as a cross; below the mid shows as a sell and anything above mid as a buy. Regardless of the specifics, I view a transaction of that size in this Co as +ve.

I was euphoric to read of the termination of the Cyprus JV with Bezant. IMV Bezant’s CEO, Colin Bird is a can kicker.

The first SP prices listed below are at Colin Bird’s appointment to each company (taken from a posting on Bezant’s LSE BB)
