I am hoping we get a rig on site at 36-2 by the end of March. News flow from that test should be far more regular for 36-2 and unhindered by weather or salt. Impressive flow rates should finally push us into proper profit.
Following that CH has stated he will divulge further drilling plans and an infrastructure update. I believe dominion have filed some months ago for their permit for the pipeline, after they completed due diligence to ascertain the need for gas infrastructure in the area, once permitted I'm under the impression it will not take long, as the pipe is there already, so it just needs a refurb to get it ready for a tie in.
Whilst October was slated for 36-2 and 16-2 production, there is a slight chance that is Conservative, for once, and we could see production from both wells sooner. CH has stated that even at the constrained rate of 433 boepd 16-2 is economically viable, and could be further tested once tied in, this would negate the need to flare, and he is confident the salt issue will be overcome there. Also, the 16-2 1.3m pipeline permit was filed 08/11/22 so that should be granted in the next couple of months.
The slawson wells will be coming online in March putting our output up to 1750boepd
The kirkwood 50% well will come online in July and go straight into production as it has infrastructure.
Lastly, I'm keeping an eye out for another 5pm rns with total voting rights. Once the final tranche of 13m shares are issued to the ex owners of the gas plant Zephyr will be awarding the contract for its refurbishment.
All these puzzle pieces to come together toward Summer. Despite things looking bleak, read over all of that. It's got to get better from here surely!
