It's a criminal offence not to hold an Agm, and to do that they need the accounts....

Market listing rules stipulate a 21 day notice period for Agm, well past that now. So if there is one, as per usual it will be announced at the 11th hour.

Hypothetically speaking, if Recyclus was indeed now profitable, could they not secure a debt consolidation loan? Close brothers have shown willing, also publishing a video recently about their relationship with Recyclus on their website.

I accept Buried Treasures possible outcomes, whilst they would solve Recyclus problems, it would be a PR nightmare and any professional reputation that's left would be gone for good. They'd never be able to float a public company again.

The coming week may finally give us some answers.

I can't see that occurring quickly enough to alleviate our current problems. The solution if there is one needs to be immediate, or near as damn it.

It all hinges on Recyclus profitability, if that is achieved they can repay tm1. With an Inflow of cash, beit a lump sum to repay the balance, or monthly installments going concern could be signed off. And I think if that happened the sp reaction would be very favourable. I can't see any other way out of this mire now.

To my mind the only way we come out of suspension, is if they have a solution to the debt. We can't prove going concern without that. Tm1 won't be able to solve this problem alone, that responsibility is firmly with Recyclus. So if a solution does come, it will be via Recyclus IMHO.
