So no TM1 would not be on that list because we do not meet the criteria to have to notify nasdaq.

I suspect we are likely break even at Recyclus, awaiting profitability announcement. We've not needed to raise any capital to support Recyclus since January. The close brothers loan is also, not for working capital, clearly states it's to expand and improve the plant. They must be doing something right as the lights are most definitely still on!
