Thanks for your honest reply.
I was wary hence I reached out to PIs here. I think my own answer was "No, don't do it" but if I'm being contacted then other will be too, so it's worth putting it out there to forewarn them.
The net result for me is that I can lose my money on my own without paying others to do it for me.

Hi All,
Off topic, but I'm sure many either use CFDs or have been contact a company offering this service.
Atlantic Capital Markets contacted me recently and whilst it looks an interesting idea by obtaining additional financial leverage, there are additional risks. When we're talking AIM stocks there already a risk to add that to using CFDs I'm not sure whether it's skewed to my detriment or not.
Any useful advice or thoughts would be welcome, please?
I will copy this thread to other BBs so some might see this twice or more.

The Accounting Year runs to 31 March each year. A company would have up to six months after to produce the accounts and then present to the shareholders. Only after that, then an AGM can be convened. The main purpose of an AGM is the BOD to put the accounts to a vote with the shareholders although in the main it's a done deal.
I note that March 2022 Accounts were quite sloppily done with many pages upside down. Says it all really.

Of course, we're peed off.
I've left twice bought into ARB and VELA and somehow made a killing on both, (but forgot to tell my wife)!
But I keep coming back, so something must be floating my boat.
I've still a sideline with KEFI which could kick off quicker than UFO so I'm hedging my bets between the two.
It's just the wait which is killing it.
However, that said, I'm sure that there'll be an RNS by Friday ;-)
