Investors could easily have sold when seeing their portfolio decrease to an intolerable level, but to bleat on about it is pointless. They paid their monies and took their choices.

Exactly meaning it would be nigh on impossible to force any GM but understanding the mechanism helps to set expectations (Mem & Arts). Therefore, ppl here should stop being so negative or sell up. All they are doing is putting new investors off who were previously sitting on the fence and making others already invested wobbly and ready to sell.
YES ppl do make judgement calls by reading Bulletin Boards.

If you have a problem with the Board then research how to convene an EGM. The Memorandum & Articles of Association will help you in this matter.

Just to put this into some perspective, I had accrued some xxM share here and have now reduced it by over 90% to chase other rainbows...for now.
Once I've achieved my goals elsewhere, I would think I'd have increased this part of my portfolio again, but as I've said, my timing with UFO is not to my liking at this present time.
Sometimes rather than wait it out, it is indeed worth dumping stock to follow more promising options. You just need the conviction to do so.
(xxM shares) means mind your own bally business!
