If I do now, I can buy around 5M extra shares since leaving and doing some mad deals elsewhere. IE I chased some rainbows and (if you like) got lucky. This is of course also due to this SP falling considerably too, but I wasn't prepared to wait and sit on my hands.

COULD UFO obtain a loan what with the SP falling over 34% in the past six months? A placing at these prices could offer potential gains within a short time (6 to 12 months)

It's the 10 Percenters moving on to the next rainbow as they got bored.

With respect and I do mean this...A trade of 2.2M shares is hardly "large" in the grand scale of all things UFO.
I'd sit up and be interested @50M shares and above.

No need to waste time on a GM...yet. It would have to be an EGM anyhow as set out in the Company's Memorandum & Articles of Association.
All I would do is wait. If by the end of November 2022, we have heard nothing or not received a "meaningful" RNS update, then I would expect a shareholder backlash.
Chill for now.

My take on this is that looking at the amount of Buys v Sells making the SP only rising by 0.5% means KEFI is being heavily suppressed by the MMs.
Added to the fact the spread was only 3.06% makes this even more a possibility.
Therefore, my conclusion is that something extremely positive is about to happen.

Those large sells are well below a TR1 if we assume it's the same company, unless of course they still have many more shares which in turn puts them below the threshold.

Absolutely SPINVET, but we must appreciate that there will be sell offs and even top slicing which will throttle the SP increase for a while. Let's churn through that and look forward to the 0.9s and 1.xxs in the very near future.

Well, we're nearly knocking on 0.9ps door. The problem we do have is that many PIs have been underwater so may now wish to exit. Doesn't make sense in my book but you can't stop them and I respect that.
With a bit to luck, we'll crunch through the obvious volitivity and by the end of next week and could well top .95p or higher.
I'd prefer now to see a sustained SP growth rather than massive spikes although, I have to admit, it is fun to watch!
