You are correct. I call and attend many AGMs and GMs and also chair them so yes Directors can be voted off. Need to consult the Memorandum & Articles of Association as found on Companies House (Beata) to understand how to go about doing so, but now would be suicide. HAA also knows that so I guess and it pains me to say this, we have to give him some realistic time to deliver.
We can discuss timescales here but it's somewhat academic for now.

I agree only in part with below. From previous discussion on other BBS general consensus seems to be around 6% of the value if its still in the ground. Clearly very exciting but chickens and eggs and hatching and all that. Just bare in mind that these calculations came from the very same HAA who has not quite been upfront and accurate.
