Regarding how much cash we still have:
The Financial Year is from 1 January to 31 December each year. This means the Company must produce their accounts by 30 June 2023 for the Y/E December 2022. I notice on Companies House that the majority of submissions was to the end of June so keep this in mind. Anything issued prior to this date can be seen as a bonus!

The report for 2021 is 107 pages long and I'm not going to go through it here.

Once the 2022 Accounts have been issued we will have a better understanding of the cash burn, but by then we should have the TK funding in place and everyone is happy again.

As I said just previously, ask the question of our current cash position in time for the Webinar. Whether they feel obligated to reply with an accurate figure, I'm not so sure as the accountants have not done their calculations. Possibly only a rough estimate, which is what I give out in these situations for my work. Unless it's audited you cannot give absolute figures.

Agreed that a Saudi listing could effectively go nuts, but with the mainstream exchanges nowhere near. Hence my question regarding the SA Exchange. I would like some skin in their game if it's possible. Checking with Halifax share dealing to see if I can trade there. At the moment not so sure.

I may get shot down for this but here goes:
In my personal opinion and also from research, a Dual Listing on stock exchanges does not necessarily mean that the SP multi-bags as some seem to express here. Of course, it gives KEFI greater exposure which may create a tail wind but not much else. You can see that the Markets are not overly exciting with today's RNS, although I accept that it hasn't happened...yet.

You could see that this RNS is a distraction away from TK and I get what some naysayers are alluding to, but you also have to consider what we're trying to achieve in SA so a Dual Listing seems to make sense.

As PIs, do we get any options to either buy into the SA stock market or to transfer stock from one to the other? Just a thought with my last sentence as I honestly do not know.

You certainly know how to pick the "winners" JB. In your previous post on 29 January 2023, you mentioned DD (MODE). Surely you didn't sit and wait for VELA to fall and keep falling? If so you only have yourself to blame. If you recall, I popped in for a very large punt a few months ago and caught a nice hefty spike. Pure luck I admit. 36 hours later I was out with around 40% profit. I missed the second recent spike one but hey I'm not that greedy.
Yet all you do is bleat on which frankly is very boring. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT or please don't bother posting.
There's plenty of other rainbows to chase which I have done many times.
AND yes I'm invested here again, but my avg is 0.016p which I seriously doubt you can say the same.
I might even have a cheeky punt with MODE which you seem to have allowed to cost you dearly.
