yes matt.thats my concern.of course it could all be sorted next week and i would normally have expected mellon to get this sort of thing sorted at the end of the day but we have no idea what the delay is and i shall remain concerned until we get the confirmation that things are on track.

barn yes it looks like a transfer to me as part of a bigger picture.we have had no bad news (the only news apart from the TR1s has been mildly encouraging) so it doesn't make sense for lombard to go into reverse gear.so transfer to a client imo.could be completely wrong of course but personally expecting further TR1 by end of week.

neither dealer.not been back in and not looking to.just a passing observation from a disinterested former investor.no crystal ball here and i hope things pick up for those still in.

agree with that garyn.how often is excessive debt the downfall of companies!if ebioss was well funded then as the major stakeholder things might feel more positive but unfortunately the reverse is true.just my opinion and could be completely wrong.

well i certainly hope so.the excitement is potentially a double edged sword in that it may be indicative of genuinely sustainable prospects or it may be froth and a harbinger of over competition.i favour the former as it looks like regent will be competing in the china ;japan and asian areas where i gather penetration is in its early stage and if regent can get early mover advantage things may go very well. it needs to be managed expertly though imo as early mover advantage is no guarantee of ultimate success.i hope gibson is up to the job,or if not that abony and perhaps others will be able to direct events to our advantage..and we still have fortacin but as matt pointed out earlier no indication of sales which perhaps does not bode well for its future.we shall see .gla

agree with all that.i do hope we get the confirmatory announcement tomorrow re the loan note circular as the company needs to move to a more reliable image if investors are going to buy into the new story.further delay would be very undesirable
