combined sales and purchases so far today are less than £21000.meaningless in the overall scheme of things imo.no RNSs re change in opening positions for a few days now so apart from some relatively small trades it appears that the majority of holders are simply sitting on their hands waiting for any formal news re FSP

perfectly valid question latino.i was expecting a simple RNS to confirm it had been held.i would have thought if it had been delayed they would have had to RNS the fact so on balance I'm assuming it has taken place.even if it has been delayed it may not necessarily be a bad sign as perhaps additional information being sought.we can only speculate in the absence of a formal announcement

also i found the terms of gores option a little strange as no fixed exercise price just a formula or something similar to arrive at the gross M/C figure given in the RNS.would be interesting to see the precise terms but obviously we are not going to be given those.not suggesting there is anything negative here(indeed i think the contrary) just idle speculation

and bear in mind kettle if i recall correctly from previous discussions the word"minutes" seems to have an extended meaning in this context beyond just a precised summary of the discussion to include i think more detailed observations from the FDA from post meeting consideration.to be honest i was expecting a simple RNS to confirm the meeting had been held but i don't think you can necessarily read anything into one not being put out.

looks as though plethora pharma solutions ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of plethora solutions ltd(which i am assuming is the same as plethora solutions holdings ltd) so it looks as though they formed the company almost a year ago for this purpose.interesting that its incorporated in Eire.perhaps they expect to makes so much money in China that they want a low tax environment!(?)
