thats the problem bignose .hardly any income,ongoing expenses and phase 111 costs come.not good scenario I'm afraid.$4m will help a bit when/if we get it but not a lot.beggining to think like you that a low ball offer by someone with deeper pockets may be the only way out.hope not.

well i would agree with that entirely bignose.it doesn't really make sense unless the potential value of worldwide sales is regarded by the investment community as virtually nugatory, which is hard to accept.but as you point out all news seems to be greeted with apathy or dismissal.i was surprised the s/p didn't bounce a bit on the yyoya initial announcement.i put this down to wariness re the dilution effect and caution in case it didn't go through but i do think it was odd that no significant S/P movement took place as many would have assumed as i did that mellons would get the deal through, as putting deals together was i felt one of his strengths.all a bit odd imo

highs on expectations bothwell and lows now on performance.its a familiar story I'm afraid.all of us bought into the story/hype, but now we need to see how the reality pans out.a change of direction/focus might help (china cannabis opportunity?) ,better sales figures certainly would but I'm not expecting that for some time and FDA progress might and probably will provide a stimulus.personally i continue to hold as i feel this is probably the worst possible moment to sell up but who knows.no advice intended as we all have unique circumstances which determine our individual decisions.gla

well they probably won't but I'm afraid others probably will.i hope you are wrong about a low ball offer as at this s/p it really would be low ball!i suppose if we are to be frank the real cause of the problem is the very poor sales.despite the very poor management i think that if we had had even modest sales we would be in a very different position as the worldwide potential even on modest sales would have been significant but at the moment without evidence of better sales potential i personally find it hard to see anyone wanting to buy us out.perhaps the forthcoming launches and relaunches(whatever that means) will bring better figures but I'm not holding my breath.otherwise for me its waiting for FDA progress but then the question is what further dilution will be required to get us there.tbh its not looking very good!

quite likely bignose.ffwd seems to be having a torrid time.my point is that he will probably raise large amounts of money for juv regardless of his recent poor record and so will not necessarily be that concerned now about regent .hope I'm wrong.

roosters mellons has moved the proposed IPO of juvenescence from Q1 to Q2 2020 but he is aiming for a very significant funding round to do this.possibly part of the problem here is that regent is now very small beer to him as i imagine if the juvenescence IPO is successful it will increase his wealth significantly.cold comfort for us of course!

well bignose i hope you are right.i think the yooya failure has damaged whatever fragile confidence may have existed before it and the failure to broaden the larger investor base must have affected sentiment .we do not of course know the reasons why it fell through(we have speculated as to a fall out between abony and mellon but we don't know) and there may have been very good reasons to pull it.what may be contributing to the negative sentiment perhaps is that the possibility of a new and better deal has been touted but nothing yet.in fairness not that much time has elapsed since the yooya deal off announcement but as always patience is not a commodity in great supply with small cap stocks.as you say however the daily volume remains very low and i think I'm right in saying that we haven't had a high volume day at all since the yooya announcement so it may well be less of a factor than i am suggesting.i expect you have noted more buys than sells today!roll on FDA approval!

agreed bignose.its beginning to look very ominous.the failure of the yooya proposal has,imo,had very detrimental conesquences.just hoping now for something positive but at this s/p its hard to see how they can structure or contemplate any new acquisition and if they do we will all be diluted massively.hope I'm wrong!
