£46k of buys and under £6k of sells.no discernible change in L2 order book and no change in s/p.suggests a determined effort to prevent a close above 6p.no idea if thats actually the case or why anyone would want to do that but does have that feel to it.

keithbfk i wouldn't disagree with any of that.in fact i think you are being generous in you choice of the word "stoical' as you could easily have used "blinkered" or even "asinine"with equal justification.in all honesty it's difficult to find anything to justify remaining invested so i am relying entirely on hope which is not exactly a foolproof investment strategy. also i console myself with the thought that in over 40 years of investing regent is by no means the worst investment i have ever made. not much of a consolation i accept,but it helps me to keep matters in perspective.gla

bignose/bothwell et al on a serious note its been a difficult and rather unpleasant last few days.the s/p fall continues and has accelerated today.still low volume in absolute terms but much higher today than in recent weeks i think.i agree with bignose that its reflective of a continuing lack of positive news wth holders seeing no end to the decline and getting out wth what they can that said there has been no massive sell off but an accumulation of mostly very small trades.i doubt if the RXT to OTC application has triggered any accelerated selling as i doubt if most of the local investors are even aware of it. could be wrong of coarse. In fairness peter gloats comments are perfectly true in a sense but what he fails to acknowledge is that we are actually now well on the road to FDA approval.its still a long road and absolutely no guarantee of success at the end but at least we are on it so perhaps a modicum of light at the end of the tunnel.i agree that CBD (or whatever it is bignose) seems dead very disappointing imo but we could still get a left field announcement i suppose.not looking likely though and at current s/p we are hardly in a strong position I'm afraid.what to make of the RX/OTC situation? negative view is that recordati have given up hope of marketing as RX and this is a desperate last throw of the dice.positive view is that its a proactive step taken because the OTC possibilities are more attractive than RX and and recordati consider that potentially the merits of the product would justify the expense etc of effecting the change.you pays your money...i have worked out how to post the timetable but cannot do so without compromising my anonymity.sorry if that sound terribly self important but we have these silly board names for a reason and i would prefer to remain anonymous.anyway its not that interesting.it shows a planned date for start of procedure of 14/10/19 and gives several internediate steps ending with request for supplementary information/opinion with planned date of 12/12/19.not sure if this is the actual time table being followed but it looks like a 2 month process in its initial stage so we should have some news during january if not before.keeping the faith in these difficult times!

i have been stirred into action by peter gloats illuminating and revelatory post.i wanted to be the first person on this board to congratulate him on his perspicacity and investment acumen,qualities which i know i shall never be able to emulate.alao i wish to make it clear that i also derive immense satisfaction from trawling these boards to find shares in which i used to be invested and which i have fallen on hard times since i excited.the pleasure i derive from pointing out to the unfortunate investors who remain how well i have done and how stupid they have been to remain, is exquisite.indeed it is matched, but not surpassed,only by the pleasure i used to derive as a small child from pulling the legs off spiders and setting fire to cats.im off now to the ANGS and eqtec boards , where i sold out with reasonable profits, to bait the current shareholders with details of my exploits.when i have finished i may return with some comments on regent!

well worth looking at the VRE RNS today for its references to the proposed new Head Mounted Display proposed for launch mid 2020.lighter and less bulky than at present.this has to be the future and imo its only a matter of time for this tech to become completely mainstream as it becomes more sophisticated and user friendly.perhaps still some way to go as yet but all moving in the right direction.need to be in here on the ground floor as it were to reap the future benefits.all just my opinion of course.

cid:0F593466-CDBE-4E1C-83E6-E289226AE2D8@lan this is the timetable for the RX to OTC application which i have obtained from the company. it suggests the initial consideration stage is a two month process approximately.obviously if further information is required the process will take longer.i gather that once it has been determined whether a change is possible in principle at this time recordati would then undertake market research to determine whether the potential for increased sales at a lower figure would be beneficial in comparison to lower (RX) sales at a higher figure

would agree with that mel5.i think the expansion of 5G next year will see melody's progress increase rapidly as they have been putting the foundations in place now for some time and next year should see the start of things coming to fruition.
