strangler,what specific evidence do you have that they tried to sell it elsewhere first? further you seem to be forgetting, or chosing to forget, that real actually acquired the 2nd half of their holding in 2019.i haven't bothered to check the exact date as its not important but doubtless someone will correct me if wrong.
