just answer the specific question.have there been any legal actions against fum in the circumstances you outline? that is what constitutes a claim in any meaningful sense.just answer it.

difficult one to assess this.some modest improvements and no absolute horrors.bit concerned about cash situation though.need to wait until this evening to assess properly as no opportunity now during day.also await initial market reaction.expect modest uplift probably.

if you mean by"claim" to maintain a successful form of legal action, then my short answer is "no". were any legal claims made and successfully concluded against FUM in the circumstances you describe? nothing to see here.
