afternoon all.just been out for a bit of shopping with mrs italian,so missed the news earlier.yes well done to bucolic ,ss and all the others who have helped to tackle this menace.whilst i also fear he will be back, its puzzling as to why he has been removed.i don't know if you can remove yourself and your history,but regardless of the reason perhaps we can get back to some sensible discussion.

have to agree RWT2.looks like a licence to print money.i wasn't happy with it initially,but felt the prospects for this industry movement outweighed my concerns.not so sure now and im afraid this concern has been exacerbated by the new agrarian aspect.as I've posted previously NA were incorporated in jan2021,so that aspect was at least in consideration that long ago, but not mentioned in fundraise.

we will get only limited information whilst private,so will have to rely on whatever the company choses to disclose and perhaps some social media.if it does get to the point of delisting(and don't all shout" if "as we know its a big if) i assume there will be publicity roll our etc.we will need to make sure we get to see accounts to which as shareholders we are entitled.

only possible gloss on this is if it were to be seen as having some small value to an interested third party as part of a larger deal. unlikely so currently of zero or virtually zero value. china fallen back a bit, but not too bad and still going forward slowly. again no immediate value enhancing effect. FDA fallen behind a bit, but in current climate not particularly surprising. not clear if it is reflective of some possible problem in the process.hopefully not,but cannot say at this point.suggestion of keeping to schedule with streamline adaptive clinical trial(?) should probably be taken with bucketful of salt.

had a look at detail now.will probably have to post in sections.ks international is a privateisraeli company so not much info readily available. the categorisation as revenue only and absence of upfront and milestone payments means it adds zero value at present.nothing receivable for at least 18 months and probably longer.notgoing to move the needle.
