I can't see CLAI dipping much on Monday, if at all. Maybe initially. The shares are so cheap compared with ALL the other bitcoin treasury stocks, 2x cash (with the new money) is simply WAY below the other players. I will be ready to add a final 2.5m shares (I cannot buy more or I hit 3%) if we go into the 0.2's and will be very happy about it. GLA.

You are right that 0.2p is approximately their cash value though. So at .42p we will be at approx 2x cash (with the new shares and money) where all the other bitcoin treasury companies are at 20x !!

No my friend, the 625m shares are part of the 3,750m shares. So 4,500m in total. Raising £7.5m plus the £1m they already have. Cash + coin etc = approx £8.5m, fees to come out of that.

Would be excellent timing if they can RNS their Bitcoin purchase on Monday morning 7am along with the result of the accelerated book build.....

"result of the Accelerated Bookbuild is expected to be announced by the Company at approximately 07:00 on 30 June 2025"

Additionally it would be very welcome to see a mention of the TAO subnet (can/will be activated early next week and start producing income)......

They were originally going for £5m, got £7.5m. CFO stepped down due to conflict of interest with his TAO position, cornerstone played a blinder on price IMO. Subject to GM on 18th July. No “flippers” till then. #CLAI

Negative posters were very quick to pounce on the after-hours fundraise by #CLAI yesterday. #CLAI are raising £7.5m at 0.2p, a big discount to the 0.42p closing price. However, methinks this is SUPERB news. This is the update many investors were hoping and waiting for; confirmation of the company’s plans to fully commit to a #BITCOIN. The price had drifted down from a peak of 0.91p through lack of news after the original fundraise at 0.225p where the company first mentioned they were initiating a bitcoin treasury model. Before last night’s RNS #CLAI had approx. £1m in cash/coin (including #SOL).

Look at #SWC, #COIN, #V3TC/#HEV, #Vinanz, #VULT and #PALM; they are the bitcoin treasury companies which have actually bought bitcoin. Their share prices are all at around 20x cash/coin. At last night’s closing price of 0.42p #CLAI are at a mere 3x cash/coin and with the new shares and money added (totalling approx. £8.5m) they would be at a mere 2x cash/coin if the share price remains at 0.42p.

I believe that with #CLAI shares at 0.42p they are VERY CHEAP when compared with the other stocks in this sector.

Additionally, the new #CLAI TAO subnet is expected to go live next week and start producing a steady income as seen with #TIR.

How many bitcoin treasury companies' shareprices are as low as 2x cash? Answer is (I believe) zero.

With the new shares/money today's closing price of 0.42p would be approx 2x cash/coin. COIN are at approx 20x cash/coin.

Lyth and Lodge only have themselves to blame for trying to subscribe without realising CLAI were in the closed period. It was a major mess-up and effected the whole thing.

it is easy to react and think "massive dilution". however, just a small amount of number crunching and it isn't bad at all. at tonight's closing price, 0.42p, we are at around x3 cash and it is by far the lowest close since they announced the previous raise. with the new shares and money x3 would equate to a shareprice of 0.57p. we got a lot higher when everyone was ****-sure they were going to announce a bitcoin purchase before, 0.9p which was x7. with the new shares and money x7 would equate to 1.32p. olivia edwards putting in 250k and the brokers 500k is good news. news on the subnet would be welcome.
