I’ve been in and out of this a couple of times over the years.

Again we seem to be at an incredible entry point for bit of a ‘punt’.

The environment you describe is just business as usual on these boards.

If people want to read these board then this is what they should expect. Lots of people have an agenda and believe they can influence the share price by what they write.

Also, look at the big blue chip stocks paying large divs and nice yearly increase for LTHs. How much activity is there are those boards???

Then look at the other high volume boards and the profile of the company. This should give you an idea of what you’re invested in.

CF should have sought a JV partner long before it got to this stage.

I agree with the above statement. With a JV (given the scale and nature of what was being proposed) then the odds of success would have been massively increased. Obviously, the downside is shareholder value, but it would have been a more secure investment and one more akin to the levels of investment (as well as overall investment strategy) some PIs were pumping in.

The risk profile of this investment was never aligned to the way a lot of PIs were investing in it.

Miln, unfortunately, for many first time investors then they are worse than trolls.

Too many sad stories about that on this share I’m afraid.

I feel for all LTHs who have lost significant amounts by listening to these posters who were completely emotionally attached to the company and ‘Chris’.

Actually, most of the happy clappy club seem to be first time naive investors who piled cash in and spoke confidently about things they had no clue about. Self taught experts on a single share without any understand of the risks.

That’s the same happy clappy club now scratching their heads wondering what just happened.

The company is proposing to accept an offer of 5.5p.

Not sure people, who have lost significant sums, care about short positions at the moment.

Maybe have more focus on how the share price ended up at 5.5p than focusing on IBAB (which he loves by the way). I think he came on the scene at 4p, not 40p.

Good push into close. It bodes well for next week. Any material news will rerate this quickly, not too many shares available :-)

Hopefully we will see the information flow ramp up in Q1.

Not a material price increase but higher than normal volume.

All in all a good week from a volume perspective.

We still need more news to get this thing motoring.

If you really are feeling as you say then sell tomorrow, don’t look at the BB again, and move on in life. It’s a lot of money but life will go on.

This share will now just grind you down and honestly, whether you get 5.3 tomorrow or 5.5 isn’t going to make a difference and I really don’t see any upside to this situation.

The balance is sell now and move on to save your sanity or hold on through continued tough times in the hope of some sort of upside (which obviously could go the other way).

All IMO and not financial advice, more thinking about keeping your head in the right place.

I have always stated that you are just reiterating the points why the share was at 3p. You did it a lot but hey were the reasons why. It was a punt at 3p, given those reasons.

In.a nut shell.

Your 25p shares are now worth 5.45p currently, AA have said they will buy them for 5.5p...... maybe.

Company has 12 weeks of cash left before they go bust.

Maybe new offers may come in at a higher price or a rescue package , but talks with AA seem to be advancing and the board is recommending to accept the offer.

IBAB did try and tell everyone. However, he was telling everyone when the SP was 3-4p! If you had sold on the back of what he was saying then you would be worse off.

Better to think about people with words of caution when the price was 10p+

Anyway it is where it is and we will see where it ends up.

Or they wait for cash to run out. Unless there is a counter offer from another party, then they are not going to up their offer.

This thing moves upwards fast, on tiny volumes.

I assume there will be another 2.5m sale at some point which may give another opp to buy sub .7 let’s see.

I will happily pick up anything under .7p

800k for 0.67 currently. Tempting ......

There are a lot of new investors at this level. I have taken 2m so far.

Suhail said he had several million ( but goodness only knows if there is any truth in that).

Just look back at the trades. Big sells followed multiple sub 1m buys.

At this price there will be a lot of interest from PIs. Back to 1p is +50%.
