FFC Unfortunately I think this is a take it or go bust offer. They’ve not been successful in raising funds and this is currently the only option they have on the table with less than three months ago. They have to proceed with something or they will run out of cash so this is what they Have to run with. I guess the only potential upside would be a magic rescue package from another bidder. But this is obviously not going to be much over the 5.5p

FFC if there was a better offer I think they would have announced it rather than the 5.5p offer which they are recommending.

Surely if they thought they could get more from Anglo they wouldn’t recommend it??

Yuri, the majority of shorts positions were opened 10p+ so they maybe make less than maybe they expected but they make big money.

Reality shock for the CF fantasists and the ‘give him a break’ gang. Bottom line he failed to deliver his plan and the result is a potential 5.5p offer. Nice job CF.

IBAB - played out pretty much as you predicted (700+ times). Deal is a deal at the end of the day but I had a range of 6-8p so even less than my low estimate.

As for the ramping crew, you’re worse than the contrarians! Baseless posts of 20.30.50.100p .... haven’t seen JR on the board yet, I think he said the offer needs to start at £2... farcical.

I think you’re right though. It’s the easy option to avoid being harassed by the masses.

Given the volume of shares being traded in the last 3 weeks+ and the % held by major stakeholders, one of you has to be right.

I guess the positive is that either way there is short term upside to the current price.
