Bonum, my argument that in the above scenario (PS1 is a duster) this merger is actually in shareholders interests as without it we would have limited other options left for the company.... From the CERP side, I would be saying the opposite as they are now taking on the exploration risk.
However, personally, I expect a positive drill, as I am sure you do. Therefore, nothing has changed in that respect.
