If there is a problem with P1 who cares if the vote is yes or no? Just dump your shares and run now!

This is what i don't understand, on the one hand people are saying P1 now might not happen and then next breath they are saying 'vote no'.

If you think it is not getting drilled then the merger is completely irrelevant.

The trend has been a progressive series of results getting better and better. Would this have been planned by the sequence of the drills and the expected results, or is it pure luck?

Interested in anyone's opinion.

Correct on the share transfer. If you have 100 CERP you will own 80 BPC post merger.

Best not to think about comparing relative SP as it’s confusing. E.g take Friday close and you would argue that CERP holders are currently in the money as 80.03% of the closing BCP price is way over the closing CERP price. However; both sp reacted differently to the news that day. We recovered, they didn’t move. Things could be different closer the merger time but I assume the SP will naturally settle to reflect the share ratio of the deal......

I just popped over to look at the CERP BB. I’m not feeling the love from our new brothers and sisters-in-law.

Seems as though they don’t think our parents are well matched and ours isn’t deserving of theirs.

Harry. Yep have a small punt in the death cycle that is UKOG only been back in a week and a bit. Was in back in the boom days.

Only in this share for under a year. Was also in CERP for a while last year.

Only in Sxx with you for 3 months after the crash and then sale, happy days!

I’m generally not a LTH and only apportion approx 10% of my investments to the aim casino. Rest is stuck in safer investments.

That said, I like the risk and reward aspects here!

Only invest what you are willing to lose, especially on AIM!

Definitely upside if we hit expected levels, with material upside potential, even across a larger company and more shares.

My issues isn’t with taking profit. That is normal.

London, the shares come with an associated asset and market cap which will be a function of the sp at time of merger.

No problem, Harry. I, just saying it’s doubtful anyone is going to pay much attention after declaring you are basically of of sh*t.

Taking profit on your investments is normal, you are acting like it’s the first time you have ever made money on shares.
