Well for the last 6 months+ everyone has been pretty positive about the ‘game changing’ P1 drill, especially Bonum and Harry.
Personally, I am happy as we are no longer the one trick pony.

Different courses for different horses. I understand why for some BPC holders this is not what they signed up for.

Time for the new wave of investors to arrive.

Willec, take your CERP share holding # and times them by 0.803 and you will get the BCP shares you will own if the merger goes through.

Then take these shares and times them by the Live BPC share price.

This tells you what you have in terms over £ holding in BCP (obviously at that point of time).

To check if it’s up or down versus your CERP price, just check your current CERP holding value.

No cash offered just 0.83 for each of your shares. Currently you are positive as 0.83 of the 3.05 BPC close price is 2.45 and the CERP close price was 1.9. Happy days. Obviously a lot can change between now and the deal closing.
