question around why there wansnt a stock offer for shares in AAL

CF confirmed he will stay on for 12 months for continuity purposes. this is an AAL request (it seems)

CFC has stated again that there are NOT other options available. As much as everyone at this table agrees the project is worth more, the market was saying it's worth 3p pre-offer.....

question on mothballing a year - answer, 'no needs to be admin'.

CF says preferred option is having AAL as a strategic Partner. Accepts this is not a good deal.

Says with Corona it's even harder to raise cash now.

Question on giving a bond for investors, or way for PIs to be involved.

Personally, I think the 'no new offer for 12 months' is BS. If you read the Odey letter, that is their whole point. they want AAL to up their offer! Maybe the upped offer needed to be made pre-vote??

Sold up and put all his cash into GGP.

Well AAL currently think it’s worth 5.5p. If there is a no vote they may need to rethink that, unless there are no other bidders in which case they then have the option to try and pick it up through admin.

No one else seems to think it is worth more than 5.5p, let’s see if someone comes out the of the shadows, although I now struggle to see why they would not have shown their hand already.

Why release the RNS today when the event started yesterday?

I wonder what presence they will have at the event?

Seems as though they will be presenting the company to attendees but I’m not sure how. Doesn’t seem like they have a booth there.
