I do not see this as a very +ve statement, and would like to hear from a poster with some knowledge of proppant flow back rates after fracking, especially since the clean up operation was commenced 10 days ago. A v +ve statement would have read ' the well had to be flared to prevent a natural disaster' lol. Thanks

Thnks for your insight. I 1st bought in last Summer at 12p. Due diligence was done, and I saw a good business model. Had I known dq has little idea of sales ledger control, I would not have invested. I would not even consider lowering my average by buying now. If the sp drop is a .mistake', and dq manage to bring the sales ledger under control, the sp will not 'fly' to 30p in one trading session. There will be time to enjoy profit by buying in when we know what on earth is happening. Lesson learnt for me = be wary of foreign cos coming to AIM, more aggressive risk assessment in future. GL

Hi, excellent post, thanks, and the points you raise have a large impact on net asset value. I assume the posters on here are shareholders, and no de-rampers. We have been conjecturing on why the big fall today, and are in general agreement that it was not a £15K sale of stock, although the sale and downward movement were the same time scale. MM's do not send the ask down 23% on a whim. Although after saying that, I am reminded of the saying ' there's more irrationality in the market than anyone has money'. A previous poster, disco,,,, posted that the chance of a delisting over credit control issues is 0%. The poster stated (s)he in a auditor for 10 years. Did not leave themselves much room for error there!! Delisting is not a one way street, and DQ may have no control over the issue. There is a 100% certainty in the Universe. If something can happen, it will happen, it's only a matter of time. GL

This is copied from FYR end March 2013 The total outstanding Trade Receivables of the Company at 31 March 2014 was INR 2,599m, out of which INR 1,322m was outstanding for more than 180 days. The Company has confirmations from its customers of their dues to the Company. The monies are being received on a regular basis from most of the customers, though in small values, thus confirming their commitment to pay and honour their liabilities. At an xchange rate of 100, this equates to £26M, with £14M > 180 days. cf T/o £24M I do not believe the sale of 200,000 share ( £15K) would trigger a 23% fall in sp, although the timing suggests this.. Did the seller have wind of of an impending insolvency by one or more of DQ;s debtors.?? Maybe the BOD will issue a rns tomorrow. Hold on to your hats. All IMHO of course

According to my brokers figures, just shy of 50% of the stock is owned by 3 ii's. If one or more of these has jumped ship this could cause a significant drop. It would have to be something major for an ii to sell out, even though they would still be making a profit on the initial investment. I sold 50% at 13p, and am 40% down on remainder. I did 'top up' at 16p prior to results, hoping they would be excellent, and they were, except the fact nobody was paying them for services rendered. It's conjecture, and let's hope we are all wrong, and DQ will pull a rabbit out of the hat. All IMHO of course, and GL

cannot have been caused by a sell off a few 1000 GBP with no rns. We may not get notice, obviously, of trades with delayed announcement. The receivables issue is 'old hat' and is in the public domain since results were published. Methinks something develish is afoot. IMHO of course.

'What does it take to get the sp higher' - simple, an income stream from products which will provide +ve EBITDA.

ii's do not 'make punts'. The present cash pile should not be reduced significantly since, in my understanding, CP, are bearing the costs of operations in the Baltic play. IF the play does recover hydrocarbons in commercial quantities, then there is a v. +ve upside. For debates sake, assume the play generates revenue to give a sp of £1.00 in 12 months time. The sp will not go there in one trading session, giving ii's time to 'get in'. IF the play is dry, then I doubt the company will 'pull the plug', and distribute the cash reserve to shareholders. The sp will end up nearer 10p They would take the cash to other regions, and spend, spend, spend. It's still high risk, and should only be played with leveraged instruments if one is mega rich, or a gambler, or both. All IMHO of course.

Todays welcome rise in sp, I think, is due to the Galvan market research report, dated 05/08 which I received in the weekends mail. It's a glowing report, and informs PI's of facts and figures that LTH are already aware. It's not if this is a £2 share, but when. All IMHO of course.

I bought in here following the announcement late last year of the 'collaborations' in China. The technology and patents all looked good. However, after the sp spike, there has been a steady 'sell off'. The share dealing board is a sea of red. Even after rns stating 'new' equipment, there is a sell off. I realise that +ve EBITDA is the driving force for upward sp, and we may be some way off that, it would be good to get some news of large scale projects that may eventually lead to +ve EBITDA.

It's the Russian situation I believe, and a general 'sell off' of any company which might have Russia as an export market. I see this as an opportunity to buy a few more. Long term prospects are still good. All IMHO of course.

Hi truegent, sorry for delay in replying, but I am infrequent visitor to bb's. My main reason for suggesting delisting , in view that the sales ledger debt may still be 100% of turnover, is that DQ may find it difficult to raise capital. Raising capital is a driving force in applying for AIM listing. There are obvious costs associated with AIM listing, and in the event they did delist ( requires 70% of shareholder vote), the minority shareholders would not have a market to sell their shares. It's a major concern for all PI's. They would be at the mercy of the company to make them an offer for their holdings. All IMHO of course. The recent rns re: new film, saw a spike for a day, which has now retraced, with small trading volumes. The cash flow is v concerning, and from a company that would release a rns at the drop of a hat, has now gone into silence mode.

Interesting article, but old news. Published in Feb 2013. All the figures are accurate, and depend on one little word -IF. If CP and 3LEG produce commercial gas. Not guaranteed.

in an interview with Alliance News on 01/07, the CEO stated his aim was MC as mentioned = 20pSP. No time scale was mentioned. He also stated that SRB was actively seeking further assets to augment Palito and San Chico, and to be an acquirer, OR TO BE acquired. Although this appears to be v positive, IMHO there is more value for shareholders if the co remains independent. Fratelli own 50%+, and my fear is it will sell the co short.

Historically, there has been a monthly flow of RNS ( or as near as dammit). After the FYR, and the collapse of SP due to non-recovery of sales ledger debt, Plummer-Andrews resigned, and has not been replaced. This resignation has been the only rns since FYR. The SP collapsed because of non-payments, and I would have thought, since it is price sensitive information, that a rns would have been released IF the sales ledger had been brought under some control. I can only assume that it hasn't, and the co is heading for de-listing. All IMHO of course.

I think the market, and me, are not overly impressed with the continual reference in today's rns to the comparison with the Lebian LE 2H well drilled and fracked in 2011. This well failed to deliver gas, although it may still be there. I think the co. went OTT in stating the difference in the 2 fracks. The question for me is this. Does the geology of the Baltic shale facilitate commercial gas production from fracking. I realise they used a different frack fluid, but does this in itself facilitate commercial gas removal. The experts at site clearly think so. But, are they 'clutching at straws'? The implications are immense, not only for 3LEG, but for San Leon, who have millions of acres in the Baltic shale play, and may have a more +ve upside than 3LEG, IF this frack produces gas in commercial quantities. This is the beauty of AIM, and exploration companies, it's a BIG gamble with BIG rewards. Always DYOR, and all IMHO of course.

It was a non-event RNS. 'Trading in line with market expectations'. Brokers views are wide ranging. Consensus is £26M NP, 26p EPS and 4.3p DPS. This is all good, BUT I would like to have seen some actual preliminary TO figures for the operation. With UK retailers, one can always 'pop round' to a store to see activity levels etc, There's something gnawing at me with CAMK, but I will continue to hold and wait for the 'meat on the bones' in September.
