Yesterday Engage filed for an allotment of shares on 26 March, they also did one on 5 March: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08926632/filing-history. Can someone with a better understanding explain what this implies? New business partners? IPO?

Credit to goldenprospect on advfn, Truspine are proposing a £750,000 fundraise at 10p.

So let's recap and summarize where Prim is at - seems to be a couple of new faces on the board and interest is picking up. Feel free to correct me or add additional info

RL has ~21% of the shares.
The directors continue to purchase shares around this level.
We recently had John Hemming buy ~4%. Not sure if any relation or associated to the board or company.
Prim has ~5% of Fresho and it continues to expand both in B2C and B2B
After the recent Fresho investment Prim still has about £4.1 million cash
Engage and Zuuse - Prim has invested over £1million in each of them and their outlook is positive
SPAC Acquisitions, SPAC Assets and SPAC Investments newly registered under Prim on Companies House
There are a number of other investments listed on the site but not sure if any others are worth mentioning? Perhaps Truspine but that needs to get its act together, down from around 30 to 9 and news flow is weak

Yes absolutely Chitta123 - Rupert first bought in to PRIM around 2019 I think from memory, and must have had something in mind

Likewise Topdog21, been in for around 4 years and genuinely think we have higher to go. Can completely understand why some have decided to sell with this rise after much frustration in the last couple of years. But I do believe that the new BoD have got something up their sleeve and I'll stick it out until we have a clearer view on the future plans given the large cash pot. All the best to everyone that has moved on - ultimately we're all here for the same reasons and I wish everyone well

Yes slow and steady for now - a 2-5% rise every few days and before you know it you've doubled your money. Currently over 21% of shares are not in public hands, and evidently plenty more are in sticky hands. Once good news drops then all bets are off

Another delayed big buy - 500,00 from yesterday on top of the 300,000 purchase - wonder if John Hemming is topping up

Wonder what happened to RBKeeper, maybe sold out, always provided some in-depth research on this board but haven't heard from him in a long time

Great to hear about this, good timing with the vaccine rollout and lifting of lockdowns - many companies in the food and hospitality sectors will benefit from Fresho's services
