RE: Whats the deal here?5 Aug 2020 14:16
Welcome Bouchos. This is an earlier post from a user called lunsam that I've just copied here for you. I thought it was a good summary (personally I'd put WeShop's value at zero) but can easily justify double mcap

Hi all, not posted on here before but been a holder for a fair few months now. Thought I'd share some of my research into why I am invested. Any thoughts welcome, may not be perfect but used stems from info in recent RNS.
Engage - £1.5m invested (they added 50k at the end of last year), last valuation - £1.7m - as of the last update revenue was up 60% year on year so I see big upside in this valuation of at least 25%-50%.
Fresho - c. 42m shares outstanding, PRIM own 3.4%. £240k invested at $0.3AUD. Their last investment was in Q1 2019 at $0.475 per share when $350m p.a of orders, the latest update we had in Q1 2020 was 2m$ a day (c. 700m a year). This would make a reasonable valuation of Fresho now maybe $1 a share, of 3x their original stake of £240k. Lets go with £750k.
GGP - We can all work out their current holding (at 15p) is £4m.
WeShop - latest valuation (ye/2019) when there was a proposal to listed priced the equity at £5.98 a share, so value £900k for PRIM
Truspine - £500k investment, looks like IPO will be done soon.
Zuuse - a tad more complicated, 57k shares, latest value of $1AUD, but 1m of options at $0.5AUD. Given Zuuse last fundraise at $1, these should be firmly in the money and I would expect PRIM to exercise purchase of them at some point. There is a lot of upside here as its likely they could make 100% return just on exercising these options. Current shareholding £30k, potential to own c. £500k at £250k cost.
Nomad and SOA (two energy investments) - hard to put a value, but invested a total of £350k. We all know with exploration O & G its likely 0 or 10x. Value at cost - £350k
StreamV and Sport80 - again hard to put a valuation without an update. £250k invested.
Cash - £1m
Summing these gives a valuation of £9.35m, versus the mid price valuation of £4.5m. This is without any upside for Engage, Zuuse, Truspine, the Energy investments and the TV investments.
