Hi skittish I've got nothing new to add but just wanted to thank you for your informed opinions and research, prims chat is generally pretty quiet, you bring some excellent insights and further reading material

Positive outlook and RL seems to have a clear plan in mind. Still intrigued by the 3 SPACs and what they might bring.
Appreciate the updated strategic criteria for investments moving forward:
It must enable Primorus the opportunity to acquire a meaningful stake in the investee company.
A clear and realistic exit route must be in place.
There should be an opportunity for the Board to play an active role in the investee company's development.
The Board and the investee company's management team must share a common vision and strategic alignment.
The investment committed by the Company will be proportionate to the risk/reward opportunity.
There should be a greater opportunity for the Company's shareholders to benefit directly from the increase in capital values from each investment.

One thing surprised me is that Prim bought and sold Artemis shares last year? I don't recall seeing this in a RNS but could have missed it. Similarly with Doriemus and Donald Strang. Seems AC kept some info from shareholders

Thanks Timmit, yes I guess what some posters are complaining about is that your type of summary would have been useful. Yes everyone should do their own research etc., but considering this was about half of prim's cash pot used, would be good to have more info about the prospects and reasoning around the investment decision instead of the complexity of the deal structure. Like Rupert said, focus on the salient points

Yes agreed Richemondo, rather complex (to me anyway) and confusing in terms of ownership across the different entities. An interview or two would be helpful . But VRFBs look promising and hope the rewards will come to all shareholders soon

Positive to hear Richemondo. Going to read up some more on VRFB later today, but this indicates growing interest and demand:

So that's about half of PRIM's cash pot used, hopefully we get some more positive news soon on the rest (and the spacs!)

And on top of the 1mill sell yesterday, a £10.79k sell this morning, SP doesn't budge

Volume has dried up last two days, now that the big trades seem to be done. Guess current shareholders are holding on and there are few new prospective shareholders because PRIM is tiny and way under the radar with limited news flow (so far). Guess if positive news lands and the new demand flows in it can lead to quick and large jump in sp, not many shares to go around

Surely we're due a holdings RNS after the recent trades?

Agreed re Truspine. Bit of a muted SP reaction - while this news is good to hear, it's nothing wildly new as we've had and known about these investments for some time. Think the real jump will (potentially) come when we find out more about the SPACs and what the BoD is going to be using the £4mil cash for (and to get them past the 10p options!)

Positive update, great news on Zuuse - 12 month revenue up 15 %

Clean tech and investment in renewable energy is booming, here is a good report from Angel List. Hoping Prim can capitalize on this trend given the BoD's claimed connections and interest in this space

Nice spot Timmit. Tomphys there are very few shares in issue, if you take the ~22% BoD holdings out that's about 109 million remaining

Yes BoD's holdings together with a number of PIs with large holdings and sticky hands - fewer shares to go round.
