Very little activity and noted from other message boards the inability to acquire shares in any quantity.

Be interesting to see if this keeps ticking up daily as anyone wanting to acquire any volume is being asked for a premium.

Also begs the question if this goes above 1p are we back looking at raise/funding again?

Of course the sp has to get over 1p first and also we still do not know what is going on in the background.

More questions than answers currently

Usually noted when lots of new posters come to the message boards.

However the message board is the busiest it’s been since I invested in 2021.

It’s nice to hold onto some hope that something positive is happening

Yes I believe for certain they voted against. Discussions on here and the other board that John Kearney/ Energold have some alternative plan which may or may or not include removal of current management.

I believe the consensus since the vote was originally announced is that if Kearney offered a viable alternative funding option majority of private investors would back him in a vote.

I calculated across both message boards those that have disclosed their holdings (and if to be believed) hold maybe 80 million shares between us (calculated at the time not accounting for purchases since).

That 80 million vote in favour or against something can make a huge difference.

Both boards were split on the vote. Some flat out voted no and those of thus that voted in favour did so without any alternative being provided.

I believe again if people are to be trusted in what they say Kearney is seen as a man of intelligence and will. And I think many would look favourably on him/energold.

Had a friend that grew up in a modest terraced home up north. Struggled in his 20s to get ahead. Moved to London in his early 30s and got on property ladder with his wife. By late 30s became burnt out and fighting to pay his mortgage on a detached home. Moved to Dubai with wife and child and within 3 years had amassed enough money to pay his mortgage off in UK. Sold his house in UK and made move permanently. Not saying Dubai is for everyone and it’s not for me but just one example of how someone with work ethic kept hitting a brick wall in UK for two decades and achieved in 3 years in Dubai what most cannot achieve in a lifetime here

Anyone shed any light on this? I think what is clear is without a doubt now something is going on in the background.

Im hoping the voting down of the finance has yielded some better option. My knowledge of corporate activity is minimal so I have been actively reading the message boards for information. The other board in particular has been quite valuable in this sense. I would advise caution however as they seem alot more bullish on AYM than this board. I do not know if that comes from experience or purely hope and/or enthusiasm

Saw the previous post on the phone as you are not filtered on there. Unfiltered so I am able to once again see your joy filled posts. Mostly in the early days I found them entertaining, however the pressures of life and this share prices decline led me to filter you for my own sanity.

That being said I still hope to keep any replies to your outlandish posts somewhat civil. Yes I do indeed waffle, often to myself.

Im not really sure what to make of this. Im unsure if you have copied pasted and altered to agree with the post or simply being pedantic on grammatical errors. I am going to lean to the latter being the case. And if that is the case what on earth is the purpose of doing so?

Funnily enough one of my parents was a non native english speaker and to this day its a running joke amongst my wife and family that I get my analogies mixed up or hybridised by amalgamating several into one. That being said perhaps a sad irony is that I went to a Grammar School and achieved A's in English and English literature. Perhaps that says more about our education system than anything else.

Equally typing a post with two kids in the background shouting about something is not always conducive of correct grammar, punctuation or spelling.

But in the end personally it makes zero difference. Correct or incorrect get my points across and let people interact, agree or disagree with them.

Yes my concern is it rises and drops back again. However as someone was saying it could be a party acquiring shares since the vote as we have seen significant shares acquired since then (if the same buyer). If so an RNS should come soon or if there is no reason for activity and RNS should also come out.

Was also mentioned on the other board today was the highest volume day since Aym was listed in the 1980s.

Surely something is happening in the background....

The level of buying (volume wise) is uncharacteristic for AYM. In light of its financial woes no one in their right mind would be buying in such high volume unless something was known.

I think we are going to see some positive news sooner rather than later.

Alot of discussions elsewere regarding Govt cash coming Angleseys way to mirror the Cornish metals story.

At current prices for those not invested this has suddenly become attractive even as a speculative buy.

I myself very tempted to grab some more shares this week, however until something concrete on companies finances become clear I dont wish to risk any further capital than already at stake.

Again discussions from other board that something positive is potentially going on in background

Ran some simulations using ai on what kind of share price we would be looking at if Parys Mountain was ever a producing mine.

The medium outcome was 16-21p but this was showing copper at $4/lb (as of today its around $5)

The bull case is 40-55p showing copper at $5.

However if we do indeed head into a copper supercycle in coming decade copper could be in a $8/lb level.

I reiterate again as I did in 2021 that this is an astronomical opportunity in theory, even more so at current prices.

If one truly believes Parys to become a producing mine in the future anything below 5p is a godsend.

That all being said things have gone so terribly wrong here and frustration at the opportunity being squandered cannot begin to describe it.

Saw this today and perhaps foolishly felt my hopes getting up. 1 + 1 should equal 2.

This should be a no brainer and the very reason we all invested here.

Saw on other board that premiums of 0.50 being asked for any quantity of shares today.

Anyone else feeling same thing?
